Yes, you can breed a wolf with the Infatuation boost anytime. You have to wait until the next wolf party event for a first generation one, though

my new OC, Dahlia, she has vitiligo and she's a human-dragon hybrid.

she has hideable (i think that's how you write it) wings and no horns in her human form. (lil detail: heart-shaped vitiligo mark on forehead<3)
