Yes, you can breed a wolf with the Infatuation boost anytime. You have to wait until the next wolf party event for a first generation one, though

I can do just about anything coding wise, but please don't hesitate to reach out and ask questions before placing an order. That way, we are both well communicated and both have an understanding :)
