Yes, you can breed a wolf with the Infatuation boost anytime. You have to wait until the next wolf party event for a first generation one, though

I'm trying to make my wolf art more realistic and draw more complex poses.

the art I'm working in is below, it's just a sketch for now. Fell free to trace over it with another color for visual.

You got a good start :D If it's realism you're looking for, I strongly suggest looing up references!

I drew a quick vague sketch up here, now I'm not an anatomy artist and my art is usually pretty stylized so it might not be 100% anatomy accurate, but the general ideas should apply - wolves are generally pretty muscular and have a lot of fur especially around the neck and cheeks as well as the top back of the hind legs c:
