I have been trying to teach one of our puppies "paw" for about a week now, and yesterday he handed me his paw briefly and then tackled me. I assumed he was just being goofy and brushed it off a bit as coincidence but close enough to praise him for his trick.

Today, I got him to sit and said "paw!" expecting him to tilt his head and then playfully tackle my face for kisses. He gave me his paw! I tried it again to make sure and he did it! Four more times. 🥹 I am so so so happy and proud of him. He's learning so quickly. His name is December and he will turn one in (you guessed it) December. 🥰 I am so excited!!
