What determines, or makes more likely, for one to hit or miss another pack? Or is it all just random?
And do you still get the point for your team if you hit another person on your team? |

I'm pretty sure it's just random but what's been happening to me is that th people I talk with more in the PMs are easier for me to hit. But that might be just me.

Go to a pack's den page, click on the 'events and games' tab under their avatar picture (you'll see it just before the main biography of the pack) and scroll down till you see a balloon icon. Hit the box to mark it as 'throw water balloon' and hit submit
