First of all, hi.
I'm not sure if this counts as a bug, but I did not know where else to put it, so here's my problem.
I reached level 10 in the jungle terrain, but the desert is still locked, I first tought that i needed to reach level 11, but that didn't happened when I obtained jungle...
As I said, i'm not sure if this is a bug, or maybe i need to do somethig specific to unlock the terrain.

This isn't a bug. Your overall territory level is 29.
It says so in that screenshot.

Complete one more level on any of the other territories that are unlocked and the desert will be unlocked
