Posting artwork on Deviantart is fine, as long as you're not trying to sell it in two places at once. [E.g. if it's bought on Deviantart, you take down the sale on WolfPlay, as cancelling auctions isn't allowed.]
If you're posting the artwork on Deviantart just to add it to your gallery, that's just fine.
