So a Dandelion would guarantee 4 but Matron's Blessing on its own just gives you a chance at 4.

IÂ’ve god a question on the matron blessing if itÂ’s got a chance at 4 pups what happens if you use a dandelion every time till it gives 4 from the matron would it still give just four with dandelion at same time

100 maternal is more than enough! If I recall correctly, just 30 does the trick. ;)

Trenchcoat, 3 puppies if the parents have a decent amount of Maternal / Charisma when bred but with the dandelion item, the wolf will have 4. And there's a chance at 4 puppies if the dam has the Matron's Blessing boost.
