"Alright then, North. Welcome to the pack." I sit down next to him. "I'll eat later. I'm fine. How are you?" I ask. I stick out my tounge and smile. I tilt my head. Stupid ADHD. Hold still. I wiggle my tail and twitch my toes. "What to go for a run?" I blurt out. "I can not sit still much longer."

"What pack?" I ask looking around and only seeing us two." I'm fine." I look at your posture. Looks like your very fidgety right now so I stand up." Sure! I can go for a run in this new form. I need to get used to it anyway." I smile and move my feet getting a good grip on the dirt and going into a running stance

I stand up, very thankful. "Most werewolfs prefer to shift on the full moon only. Almost as if they do not relize shifting without the full moon work, and shifting is esaier to control right now. Instinces are not as strong. Next month, I'll take you to meet the pack." I start to run, slow to make she Ace/North can keep up.
