Opening a New Door The beginning of The Pack. The Pack was formed as strays or human pets. Until the waves hit. The Wave of Chaos it was caused. The large city was already evacuated only homeless or people no where to go was left for dead. Including the dogs,cats,and wildlife. Once it hit the dogs created the Pack. No name just The Pack. Many dogs were dead or fled. But these dogs stayed in city with little food. Scavenging in stores or human households. No more humans to protect them... Now in the present. The dogs have been struggling to find new food since the food has been slowly picked away by birds or themselves. They will need to say goodbyes to the City. Even if the humans may be returning. They grudge the humans leaving them for dead. It's time to be wild and free. Pack Rules: Alpha's Rule is Law Alpha,Beta,Healer, and Scout are the Hugh ups. They have a say in anything. Must be respected at all times. Pups will never leave the camp until proper age without a guardian. Pups/ juveniles will go through tests to see what specialists they achieve in. Patrols are to have atleast two. Only dogs to go alone is The Scout. Healer most have a guard with them if they leave camp Every New Moon there is achievements to achieve a higher dominant order. (Explained in discussion) Every new pup into the subordinates will have a ceremony. To challenge the alpha,beta, or Scout. It must be during the New Moon. |

Setting: Its the beginning of the morning of the first moon cycle. The new moon. Sunb ordinates will be competing all day with hunting, tracking, and training sessions with Alpha and Beta. Until the sunset. The sunset is the high tide due to the flooding of the tsunami. The dogs will go in the water. Then fight until a dog surrenders or gets pinned the longest. If tied. The subordinates will pick with the final vote from the Alpha herself. Too challenge the alpha or beta. You must have a valid reason. Once you loose. You go straight to the bottom of the pecking order. If you wanna challenge the scout. The Scout and the dog will go through a series of agility,tracking, and patrolling. But if it's a tie. The alpha,beta, and healer will discuss the winner. Due to the Scout being one of the most important roles of the pack. Weather: The weather is beautiful and humid. In the morning today it is 80 degrees. The temperature will rise to almost 100 degrees. And the night it will settle to mid 60 degrees when the battle again. |

Greta | F | Alpha | M: Open Greta knew today is the trials. The trials of the sun-ordinates to begin the new pecking order. Something the new dogs look forward to. The day that distracts them of the wave and worries of shortage of food. Greta knew after this day things will change. She will have to lead this pack out of the city. The city is beginning to struggle to get them food and shelter. The place there at now is the junkyard. Abdanoned but safe. Safe until the flooding will reach up to them. The water has been rising each day closing in their home. Her home. The home that she adopted to guard and keep safe. Greta walked out of the ruined home of her the old owner. She claimed it as her own. It was only room that didn't collapse of the winds and water. But she found refuge of it. She shared it with her beta and her pup. Often giving it up for others. The sub-ordinates had shelter in abdanoned cars or whatever they found. She stepped out onto the steps to itch at her neck of the ragged torn blue bandana around her neck. Her eyes shone in the sunlight and her fur starting to curl from the recent humidity. She waited for the subordinates to awake. For everyone to wake up. The day will begin will her announcement of the training. Greta was on her haunches looking like a cold statue in her state hating the hot weather with her long fur. |

Moon | F | Healer | M: Open WIP Moon awoke on an old mattress. For a moment, she didn't know where she was. Why was she outside? Why was she in a junkyard? Then all her memories came rushing back to her. The Wave of Chaos. She sighed. She wished it had never happened. It had completely ruined her peaceful life on the farm. Every day she would go out and run in the fields, chase the birds and squirrels, and protect her owner from the bears that lived nearby. Then the Wave had come, destroying everything. For a while, Moon had lingered at her home, trying to forget what happened. Then the Pack came along and told her of their plans. She went along willingly. She stood, the springs of the mattress squealing hideously, and gave her thick pelt a shake. The hot, humid weather was making her warm up to an uncomfortable temperature. Sometimes she wished she was short-haired, like the other dogs. She looked to where her Alpha, Greta, was sitting. She looked like a statue, gaurding the remnants of her old home. Moon trotted over to her, her belly fur swinging side to side. "Good morning," she said to her Alpha. |

Texas/M/Subordinate/C:open He woke up with a jolt. He had another nightmare. He sat up and looked around, he was still under the willow tree. He got up and stretched with a long sigh. He jumped down from the rock he was sleeping on. He walked around till he found a puddle and took a drink from it, he then made his way across the camp. He walked around thinking about what he should train for today. He decided on fighting, since he was the best at it. He smelled the air and didn't notice anything unuasual. He continued walking. He was bored like always. He sat next to a street light with a sigh. It was starting to get hotter. He figured it was get up to the high 90's or low 100's, so he walked around some more and sat down under a bush. He was starting to pant from the temperatures, but ignored it the best he could. |

Niko • Male • Sub • M: Greta briefly - Niko opened his eyes blearily, blinking away traces of sleep. He had slept sprawled out on the back seat of a vehicle. Yawning, he got up and jumped to the ground. He stretched and shook his orange fur out. A deep pit of anxiety settled in his stomach as he realized what today was. Today was the trials, and Niko was not the greatest at fighting. Sure, he could rely on his resoursefulness and intelligence, but that could only get you so far. Sighing, he looked around. Nobody was up yet, except for the alpha. She was probably waiting for everyone to wake up, like he was. Deciding to get his act together and do something, he trotted off to where the flood water was rising. He almost jumped back in surprise, it had risen several inches from where it was before. He cautiously padded closer and took a few laps of the brown water. Closing his eyes, he tried to get past the terrible taste of it and just swallow quickly. Finishing, he began to wander along the water's edge, looking for potential advantages he could use for the trials. An old tire there, a computer with a shattered screen here. He sighed again and took his time wandering back to where the others were. He reached his vehicle and climbed onto a nearby pile of trash, jumping onto the hood of the vehicle. He sat and watched as the others began to wake up. |

Riot | M | Sub-ordinate | M: Open Riot awoke from his sleep, eyes fluttering open. He had claimed an old, rusty, red car as his living space. The passenger door was laying a few meters away, which had been broken off its' hinges. His black paws were hanging off the torn passenger seat, pieces of glass on the driver's seat glittered from the sun's beam. After a few moments, Riot jumped off the seat and onto the ground, eyes squinting as he stretched. The dog shook his pelt, dust flying off, before lapping his salmon coloured tongue over his dry nose. The canine glanced around, his tail beginning to flick, he then spotted the Alpha and the Healer. He slowly walked over, no one else was awake so there was no reason to rush, atleast to Riot. Once he was three feet away from them, he sat back on his haunches. The Dutch Shepherd began to ponder his strategy on the trials, defensive or head on? He huffed silently, a small pit of nervousness began to grow within him, he could just rely on his brute strength like he always did and always will do. But would it be the best strategy? He thought more intensely. |
