I'm just curious on how long it takes for a wolf to age a single year IRL. |

I'm not sure I understand, but if you're asking what how old they get in a real life year its:
a real life year is 365 days and each wolf play year is 12 real life days. That's 30 wolf play year. I dont think a wolf on this game can get to 30 years old, I think 24 is the oldest.

A wolf ages every 12 days on Spring 1.
1 RL day = 1 WP month 12 WP months = 1 WP year (12 months to a year)

If the wolf is born on spring 1st. All wolves automatically age on spring 1st. Eg; A pup would become a juvenile even if born a few minutes before midnight on winter 3rd. A 3 year old wolf would also age up to being 4 on spring 1st. |
