Looking for 4-6 people to start off with, may work more people into the story as we get going Possible Playstyle: Enigma (Pack # 288663) will be our Dungeon Master, controlling the scene as well as their own character. This means that they will be in charge of scenes, NPCs, player stats, and dice rolling. Example of what Enigma’s text may be like (if they agree and this is their style lol, I’m just guessing until we discuss more, work in progress): “You/We walk into the busy Rael’s Tavern looking for a drink. To your left, there are tables full of patrons dining, a band of musicians playing The Conquest of Lamsabad, and some drunken Dwarves are dancing, spilling mead everywhere. In front of you is the bar and kitchen, and three Elves are talking quietly with a bartender. To your right are stairs leading to the second floor where rooms and bathhouses are available to rent.” And then Enigma & the rest of us players would choose how to poke around the scene, causing fights, finding quests, sleep or bathe, stealing, flirting with patrons, etc. This discussion is for talking about storyline and decide if it will be doing adventure, a specific conquest, artifact hunting, etc. |

Yeah, we'll be making a lot of our own content and won't be using content directly from books or anything. I for one don't have and cannot afford any D&D books :P Enigma, since you're going to be the gamekeeper, tell me what edits you want as I go along, and if you want to reject or add different character species and class options. For example, I'm sure casually working a dragonborn into the story line may be a little complicated so for now I'm not listing that as a species option in the other post. |

For this RP, I think I will say anything goes for races. Though I will say keep away from the inorganic races such as any sort of elemental, eg. Genasi, Aasimar, or any flying races. I'll be making a whole new thread for this once I finish my final exams, and creating everything, this is just for preliminary discussion and inquiries! |

Nope! We will be using super simplified versions of the original rules, to account for the fact that this campaign is more RP heavy, and text based. It would definitely help your understanding if you did though |
