Powers.
One of the most dangerous things on this Earth.
There used to be thousands of villans, each with one power. Then came the heroes, a small, ragtag group with a mere three members. Invincibility, invisibility, and control over the earth. That was all it took to bring the villans down.
Years later, when the group was weak, unsuspecting, and full of themselves, the villans broke out again. They killed the three group members, even the one with invincibility.
The villans were at large again. Except this time, no-one was there to fight them. Discouraged, the average, powered humans just accepted that the villans were in charge now.
At least, most people accepted it.
There are whispers of another group, called the Rays, that spread across the city. They started with a singular member, and, as news spread, more joined. Soon, they were noticed by the villans.

Rules

2. Do not control the other person's character
3. 200+ words per reply. If you cannot do this, or have severe writer's block, PM me so you do not get kicked off the rp.
4. No perfect characters. Your character must have at least one weakness/flaw
5. Hate the character, not the player
6. You are allowed as many characters as you can handle
7. PM someone or ask in the discussion before you attack their character

Rp Notes
Powers like invincibility, immortality, control over the elements (water, air, earth, fire), mimicing other powers and seeing the future are not allowed. These are just too powerful.
Shapeshifters can only turn into TWO animals.
