Aquila|F|3|Raven|Lead Hunter Aquila stretches on her slab of stone, the cold seeping into her fur. She blinks her eyes slowly, and rises up, shaking out her fur. Her mouth opens to a large yawn, her sharp canines showing briefly. Her eyes sparkle as she sees River. "Winter's really picking up its pace," She says, with a soft smile," I can smell the first snow coming!" Her ear twitches slightly, only the slightest movement portraying her position, she blendes into the rock so well. |

Hondo l Male l 3 years l Beta . Hondo yawned as he stretched his muscles. He shook off the deep sleep that he'd been in and then took a walk around camp. He could feel the cold coming in and could almost see his breath. He started walking towards the Alpha's den wondering what he'd need to do today. Lead a Hunt group or lead a patrol? |

Orien|M|8y|Hunter| M: Hondo, Killjoy(ind) and Illusion(ind) Orien yawned as he gradually woke up. He opened one eye and noticed it was pouring rain. He opened the second and saw Hondo walking in the rain. What the- he thought as he sat up. He just rolled his eyes a bit and stretched, revealing powerful musles. After he streteched he yawned again before laying back down an watching Hondo curiously. Finally he realised he was heading to the alphas den. Orien knew he had went out before the rain because he had woken to their loud voices. Orien soon fell back asleep though since he didnt care much about where they were going. |

Hondo l Male l 3 years l Beta . The rain was soaking into his fur, some of dripping from his muzzle. He turned and saw Orien in his den, he looked as if he had just woken up. He nodded his head in his direction, then turning to continue walking. As he saw the Alpha's den he started to quicken his pace. |

River | F | Hunter | M: Aquila River flicked an ear as she heard a voice before smiling over at the female. She listened before saying, "Yep, with winter, prey will get harder to find. Although," she gave a peek over at the pups that were playing in puddles, "It is always priceless to see their faces when they see snow for the first time." She looked out at the rain before flattening her ears, "I hope it stops raining soon. As much as I like rain, I don't want to be soaking wet when I'm hunting. It's like a rabbit can smell it a mile away." She grumbled before grinning over at Aquila. |

|Aquila|F|3|Lead Hunter|Raven|M:River| Aquila smiled at the female's response. She glanced outside, the rock wet with rain, forming small rivers as it cascaded down the side of the mountain. She had a glimpse of the pups as they were ushered into the den. "I hate water- it just gets everywhere and," She shivered,”It-it’s just too easy to slip off the mountain, get lost.” She took a few deep breaths and started pacing the den. “With the pack getting bigger, we are going to need more food, and with the snow coming that’s gonna be a problem. And the humans are cutting it too close as they are expanding their dens.” She let out a huff, and sat on her haunches, facing the entrance of the den. She gave a small smile. "I'm just overreacting," she yipped, turing to face the she-wolf,"Right?" |

River | F | Hunter | Raven Pack | M: Aquila River listened to Aquila, flattening her ears at parts. She watched her pace calmly before sighing at the question. In a way, she wasn't overreacting. One of the reasons Alpha was speaking with Killjoy was because of winter. If they had trouble with winter, the Eastern Pack was going to be hurting. As for snow and food, that was normal. But she was worried.
Normally, she would catch a fox tail disappearing into the woods when she patrolled towards the bottom of the mountain, showing that hunting was doing well down in the Shadow Forest Pack territory. As much as she didn't care for the foxes, she could always count on them to tell her when there was plenty of prey as they would be up to their pranks.
However, lately she hadn't seen a single fox. Prey must still be good as there was some up here but she hadn't seen hide nor hair of the foxes. Or Shadow for that matter. The once rogue had disappeared deep into his forest after Lean and the pups died. He had missed the alpha meeting just a month ago as well. There was something happening in town and she didn't know what it was.
River shook off her thoughts as she turned her attention back to Aquila. Overreacting? Perhaps. She had done that earlier. "Yes and no. With the pack expanding, we definitely need more food. Right now, taking care of the pups and prepping them for winter is our biggest priority. If worst comes to worst, we do have an ally right along our borders." River said, flicking an ear at the alpha's den before sitting up. She let out a sigh before saying, "As for the rain, we just need to watch the pups a bit more closely."

"Yeah, I did forget about them. Although the forest is becoming a bit quiter everyday, I know we will be ok." Aquila rememberd a lesson her dad taught her, when he wasn't paying attention to her brother 24/7. "Dad!" She whinned,"There is no prey in this forest!" A small Aquila complained, blinking her violet eyes slowly. "Nonsense. It can't be a forest without prey!" He said, shaking out an almost identical coat. Without a dark dash of black running down his back and his soft amber eyes, no one could have known who was who! Aquila let out a little hmph!, and sat on her haunches, looking at her dad intently. He took a big sniff, and looked up at the sky. "You see, my little hawk, to have life, you must face death. Honor it. Do not fear it." He said, solemnly. Aquila looked at him blankly. "When you see the vultures circling around the forest, you know that there is prey, because there is fresh-kill. A rabbit doesn't live alone. Can you see one? Look, there is a few circling over there, let's go check it out." "I don't see anything!" "Well, if it was easy, everyone would do it." Aquila tried to ignore the fact that she hadn't seen a vulture for a moon cycle. She turned and padded up to River. "Well ya' know, with us hunting the pack will never go hungry!" She yipped, crouching down and wagging her tail in the air, letting out playful yips. |

Killjoy nodded. "Thank you." He said, looking in to Nights eyes. He watched the rain drip off the cave's entrance, counting them as they hit the ground. He finally snapped back to the world, and looked at Illusion. "We should probably get going." Illusion looked at him, pleaing to not have to go out in the rain. Killjoy stood up, this short haired coat wasn't too wet anymore. As much as he didn't want to go out to the rain, he knew that he must. He let out his breath, and looked at Illusion, before stepping out. Illusion rolled his eyes, and looked at Night. "Thank you." The multi-colored wolf said, he too getting up from his sitting position. He stuck his large, white paw outside in the cold, and almost brought it back in, but followed his Alpha outside. He glared at Killjoy as his long pelt got soaked nearly the second that he stepped out. "Good bye River, see you around!" Killjoy called, and nodded to the other wolf next to her. He looked behind him at his big companion. He looked at his glare, and couldn't help but to compare him to a drowned rat. Illusions ears were pinned back as he slowly trudged behind Killjoy, as he happily trotted ahead of him, heading towards the boarders. He looked down at his once white paws, and grumbled. He hated the mud. Sadly, he stopped and looked back at the dry, warm den. He turned back around, and slowly dragged his feet after Killjoy. Why must he always be in a good mood? He huff, and crinkled his nose. |

Makena|f|fox|M: icicle Makena sighed since there were no hunters, she was really hoping for food. Just then Makena heard thunder roll across the sky. Soon after she felt little rain drops. Makena didn't mine water but couldnt swim at all. She shivered remembering the first time she tried to swim. Everyone said it should come naturally but nope, not for her. Icicle then snapped her out of her thoughts. Makena knew her friend didn't like water so she followed close behind. Makena enjoyed this feeling but sadly nothing lasts forever. Makena watched as Icicle darted into the den, Makena on the otherhand stopped. She hated wolves ever since they killed her family. Makena popped her head into the den slightly just in time to hear Icicle ask where Anya and Flame was. Probably just some wolves Makena thought. Before anyone could notice her though she slipped into the storm. |
