For animation, the second frame you should move the lines(of what's going to move) an inch out before actually starting the movement. It's super difficult to explain I can send you a few images of what I mean if you'd like? ^^

Howdy doo best friend, having some experience in animation I can say you have some great work here. The tail movement is excellent, it looks very fluent and has good motion. Your eye blinks are also good. For future practice, add fluidity to more spots you animate. The ear flick here is pretty static, ears usually flip and bend when they're moved in a quick motion. Here's an example of what you can try next time. I include a drawn out sequence, a slow animation, and a more sped up animation, so you can see how ears tend to behave during these motions. Hopefully this helps !

One thing I like about the tail is how you timed out the swish in the middle, it appears to have good easing in and out, in my opinion. Very cute overall. :3
