I don't think you have to have a 30 cp maternal/charisma for 3 pups, it only boosts the chances because I've had my alpha female give birth to 3 pup litters twice now at only 21 maternal

^-^ Thank you. I feel like my style is a bit inconsistent right now. The fur seems a bit off to me (probably not as flowy) compared to my former wolf art pieces

Haha yeah when I saw the character I was struggling on composition and then just thought it'd be nice to have a combination of flora + watercolor effects
