I will say, I could see it happening for sure, but it may take some convincing. Belial is very much an "I work alone" type of guy, especially when he's focused on a task (who would've guessed, my guy is fully obsessed with and stalking Narin, lol). Though if Andi (or Fintan) were able to convince him that they didn't care about Narin (He would fully try to murder them if they mentioned wanting anything to do with Narin) and were only after someone else who happened to be close to Narin, he'd bite. May as well help each other out here, after all, they've clearly got the same motive with their love of someone else, lmao

Andi literally would only want help catching Garvin. Also, obviously Narin would be cared about sooo, Andi's not interested. So him teaming up with Belial is within reason.

Fintan has a few qualities that he looks for in targets. They have to be vulnerable and they have to be young enough to condition/program a system into. Or they have to be vulnerable, not an adult, and already have a system so that he can condition/program his own little sidesystem in. Or they have to be a previous target that already has that sidesystem programmed in. So... Uh. Narin doesn't meet the terms. So. Yeah... Totally within the realm of possibility with Fintan too.

And, uhm, unfortunately- Our mafia group (Euric, Cirinu, Logan, Dinorah- All them) haven't ever been able to stop Fintan's group. Both mafias are in the same city but uh... Fintan's group is unfortunately very difficult to bring down.
