Firstly, let’s go over this. Freshly divorced from a toxic marriage and having won full custody of the kids, is Simon. He’s moved the kids and him away, into a new home in Felbard. A better area, hopefully. For a new, fresh start. A place where they can all heal and move on from what happened. Or at the very least, that’s the hope. Unfortunately, his ex is a stubborn one.

At the same time, are the kids themselves. Both are upperclassmen in highschool, having been adopted by Simon and his ex at some point. And now they have to deal with moving to a whole new city, a whole new school, and… Well, hopefully it all works out.

The third story to discuss are some of the kids already at the highschool. Kids that will end up talking to the newly moved duo. Kids that have their own lives to deal with and worry about. Their lives are already full of navigating highschool along with whatever problems life decides to throw at them. So whatever happens is up for debate.

The fourth story is about a group of friends. Kiril, Carmen, Joel, and Ghazi. The four share an apartment with one another, dealing with whatever life throws at them together. The way it had been for years. Even if Ghazi’s more distant than the others. Kiril won’t be leaving his bond-brother behind any time soon, not if he can help it. The quad meeting Simon wasn’t part of the plan, but it still happens.
