What if they were in the academy together and Syeth watched Valencia change after Dammon's death? And they have a good platonic best-friend relationship (like the type where they're practically family)? So that they watch over each other. Like, Syeth makes sure that Valencia doesn't drink herself to death and carries her home to make sure she's safe. And Valencia is the only one who knows about Syeth's history.
Eee! Yes that is what I was thinking! He would have been her junior in the academy so he may have looked up to her and watching her crumble would have been jarring to say the least! |

Experienced Riders--affiliations with Syeth Urux: posted something up for Valencia above. If you're cool with it, I'm thinking that Syeth calls her Cia, too.

Imp: I'm thinking that Syeth and Nicodemus hung out with different groups during the academy, and never really talked to each other until recent. Syeth finds him scary and someone who really needs to lighten up on life. What do you think about this dynamic? Or do you have something else in mind?
Spell: Syeth sees Evangeline slightly intemidating since she's classy and he's not. However, he respects her, especially since she reminds him of his Grandma Rollie, a poised elderly woman who takes no crap. Do you have anything in mind for their affiliations, or are you cool with them just being aquaintances?

Ooo I'd love to see an opening scene or a scene with Syeth and Valeria going neck and neck at an archery range >) As to who wins I suppose we may have to just wait and find out xD |
