I second not Debbie , keeping hydrated always helps. don't know how effective this will be , but it's an old farmer trick/ remedy that I swear by take some Mint/pepermint oil put a few drops* in a cup/mug/bowl of hot water { like you want to make sure it's letting off steam } take a towel , then put your face over the cup and with the towel covering your head , so all the steam goes into your face. Breathe in the stream for as long as you can and it should help with the migraine a bit along with the cough * I say a few drops because I honestly haven't tried this with store bought mint/pepermint oil before I'm still using up my pure mint oil , like it can eat though plastic so one drop goes along way xD so it might take a bit more drops then what I'm thinking like I said I'm not sure how much this will help, but I figured I would at least suggest it |

I don't really get headaches, so all I can say is drink water like everyone else. Hope you get better. |

I appreciate it. I went to work today and started wobbling so I got sent home. Might have to eat the bill and go to urgent care if it keeps up. Lots of water is definitely helping a little, and it seems like as long as I don't wear my glasses I can't stave off the headaches. The mint steam is a really good idea and I do something similar with hot showers and a humidifier whenever possible. But I can't stand the smell of strong mint lol. My husband keeps trying to make me mint tea and I keep saying no XD I've sucked it up and tried it a couple times, it just makes me sick for some reason. I think I had some bad mint or something that ruined my brain on it lol |
