I think the seasons kingdoms would be fun. And the three of them can be on the main island/land mass of Strix (because it resembles a large owl head ) . And the fourth kingdom would be the "twilight" one that balances them all, and where the Courts of each Kingdom meets.

Fire people could live on a volcanic land or island of sorts, with them worshipping the volcano

I'm trying to think of a plot for my medieval/victorian/steampunk book.

Would it be interesting if a rather ruthless young prince of a kingdom and a team of skilled nobles from neighboring kingdoms are scent on a quest to find the kidnapped princess of a neutral kingdom and all the adventures, mischief, and hijinks they get into while trying to find her.
