That sounds fun! Perhaps they could cause some trouble for the gang if she tricked some particularly powerful individuals? also, i think an important detail would be how each member joined the gang, and how long they've been running with them

we could each sorta come up with general locations (camp, town(s), cities, where the native american tribe is located, etc). we could also delve into the history of the areas if need-be, especially the native americans and maybe develop them too.
later on, should i open up roles for the tribe? i think that would help with some pacing, but also only important characters the the gang would really interact with. |

i LOVE wordbuilding so i can definitely help out with this. and i think roles within the tribe would make for some really interesting dynamics!

Oki so maybe they could usually camp a little ride apart from of a small town so no one really gives a monkeys what they do. Native Americans could possible be surviving further away from the town around a days rides prehaps mass they can't be too far awa6 but also can't be too close |

Maybe have the camp/surrounding ,Native American camp /surrounding area , 4 towns ish , a small city and a few little rural villages prehaps? I shall see and suggest names . Also prehaps have regions |

i was thinking the native tribe would be up in the mountains, hidden away from people who want to take their land. they've had some feuds before with the law when it comes to that. |
