I PMed them a while ago as well. I hope they're alright. - Also, I get the sleeping problem thing, I went to a sleep doctor last week actually, lucky the new meds are working okay so far, but bleh. Sleep is hard. |

Same. :) Life has been getting harder for people these past years. :( --- Yeah, sleep issues are the worst, and even though I take melatonin it doesn't help me stay asleep at times

Thanks, Dete! <3 - Cereal, yeah, melatonin helped me for about a week, and then my body decided it would be immune to it, lmao. I also tried sleep tea, cold and hot showers before bed, exercise (bro, this was the worst one, I just wanna be in my bed all the time XD), and some oils and stuff, and none of it worked. Then my main doctor gave me some sleep meds that also worked for about a week before my body said "fuck you, suffer," and now I have new meds that are working so far, and I've just hit the week mark for them, so hopefully they work- Lol |
