Aha, thank you :> Kämpa said: Covidic Coffee said: I was partially worried to log in this morning lol- Glacialis said: I'm surprised that this discussion thread didn't progress hundreds of pages overnight, lol
Because I hear other people starting their first posts, I might as well *^* I do have a few questions- - What time is it? - Is the airport crowded? - How fast will the infection spread? (Within a minute, two minutes, etc.) - Where are the restrooms located? sorry if these have been asked already-
1. 6pm, so the sun is just beginning to set, giving it about 2 hours before its completely dark. 2. The airport is fairly crowded, it's not a sea of people, but there's a good majority in there. 3. The infection will spread within the minute, I have more info on this in one of those 5 pages when someone asked the same question :> 4. Just past the shops, which is in the waiting room. (First infected will be at the gate)

The weather is going to be clear, with perhaps a few scarce clouds here and there. Mist Fall Wolves said: Sorry~ I don't think this was answered yet or even asked, but do you have a specific weather for outside? As I'm sure a few of are reply's all have different weather. I used warm, and sunny, but im not sure if that's what were supposed to be going off of.
ThisIsAPackName said: Unsure if this has been answered, either, but where in California is this?
I didn't really specify where in California it is, but if you want to mention it in your character's post, they're in Sacramento. So a little more on the north side. The military quarantine camp is in Washington.

i've travelled a lot. you either have to yeet off the plane via some tall-ass staircase, and some bus or whatever will drive you to some terminal in the airport; or you go down this walkway from the airplane's exit that leads to the arrivals area. and you have to walk a shitton, get to the immigration, get past the immigration, walk more and more, get your luggage, walk even more, and boom, you're outta the airport.

N O H if it's a carry-on luggage, yeah, obviously, you'll yoink it from the baggage compartment. but if you checked it in (in which case because the luggage was too big to be in the baggage compartments), you'll have to like go to this place where there's this baggage carousel and get your luggage from there. unless you're bound to a connecting flight, in which case (most of the time, sometimes you have to check-in again) your luggage is gonna be thrown on the plane you're to get on. baggage compartments in the aircraft look like this. they're over people's seats. they hold your carry-on luggage, luggage which is within your reach throughout the flight. checked-in luggage go in the aircraft's cargo hold. workers will yoink that luggage and then violently yeet it somewhere to be brought to the luggage belt, which is where passangers go to get their check-in luggage.

hopefully the one furthest from your character B) lifeisnotUwU said: @kampa which gate will the first infected be at?
Lets say there's 8 gates at the airport, 4 on the right, 4 on the left. The infected would be on the farthest one from the center of the waiting room, if that makes sense
