Whew im not sure I have good advice either, I get very heated too and it usually involves me scream cussing at whatever or whoever, so what I do to try my best to avoid that is screaming as hard and delebrite as you can into a pillow, drawing while listening to music

Sure! And a waterfall or something that can lead into a river.

Would there be more rocky areas? Like cliffs or mountains? I think quite a few people here have adventurous characters, so that could be a nice location for them, especially if it's forbidden and makes Malaki furious.
