if his spawn actually prays to him and gives him offerings, he might actually pay attention to them and give them special training or abilities such as summoning stronger weapons or even creating blood weapons that would probably just be a metal collar or choker with an electricity sigil |

it depends how strong the sigils are, how complex they are, and how many there are, but it can be the equivelant of a small static shock up to pretty intense pain |
