Alright so does this mean moving avatars (such as mine) are no longer allowed?

It's not allowing me to upload a pack banner. It says the dimensions are wrong, but when I checked on a different site what the dimensions are it said 657 x 150 px and I believe the pack banner is meant to be no larger than 710 x 150 px so my banner should fit but it's not. Anyone know how to fix this?

Can anyone recommend a free art program to convert my png file? I have never used one. (I used scratch for art usually but it only saves large pics in one size.)
Nvm- I used paint :) Edited at May 30, 2018 06:37 PM by Fire Bringers

@Savages-- If the size limit goes over, then it will not upload. So take that into account when creating GIFs. You can consider using an image compressor, but I'm not sure how well those affect quality.
Fire Bringers-- There is an entire list of art programs in the Art Help. You just have to find it, which isn't hard.

Ah alright, I actually do use an image compressor for my gif avatars.

Also, as an additive to this guide, if you bought an avatar, you can simply paste the image into the filename box instead of having the hassle of saving it and finding it in your computer: https://image.ibb.co/mqGdoJ/image.png

Just a question about avatar selling. I have recently sold someone an avatar and sent them a link with instructions to download it to their computers files. I have made sure that the image is the correct size (300x300). I turned it from a file in my art program into a jpeg image as requested. But they have replied and said its not working when they try to upload it to the WP servers, just querying about what sort of thing could have possibly caused these problems? Thanks for any help put forward. Would just like to note that when I upload it to my own account myself it works perfectly fine. Edited at June 11, 2018 12:16 PM by Sole Survivors

They may be using mobile. I know that on Horseeden ( they use the same uploading method ) you can't upload art from your phone. I'm pretty sure it's the same here.. If you're uploading it from a computer and it's working, then that's likely the reason. Edited at June 11, 2018 03:52 PM by Xeno
