Hi! So I've been doing commissions art trades and giving away free art for a while now and I think i'm ready to branch out and create an art shop. I think my prices are reasonable and cheap but I wanted to get your opinion,
here's a few examples:
https://postimg.cc/gallery/2n7rwo84k/">https://postimg.cc/gallery/2n7rwo84k/</a>
(Mod edit: fixed link c:)

my current prices are:
headshot-300
bust- 500
full body- 700
soft shading- 50
cell shading- 25

The full body looks pretty good, but you should refine the headshots. No shade (As in drama shade).

I think your prices sound reasonable and I believe your art would sell. Best wishes :) Feel free to link me whenever you get a shop up and running!

To be honest, I would say its a bit overpriced. There actually isnt a lot of difference between a headshot and a bust, so the gap of 200 seems a bit big. And the fullbody could also lower around 100-200 mush. But it also just depends on how long you spent on it, though. Especially when first opening an art shop, not many people will know about it so you wont get as many commissions until some time. The shading is a good price in my opinion

I completely agree with what Carnivore said. Since you're just starting off as well, it may be difficult to earn a large customer base. If you have lower prices, it will be easier for packs to gain interest in your art :)

@Xeno

Ok, thanks for the help. I'll lower the prices.
One more question, how much should extra characters cost? Right now I have it at 200 mush.

Most of the time extra characters cost half the amount of one character. I cant really explain it likes this so let me give you an example :'D

So 1 art piece with 2 headshots in it would be [price of 1 headshot] + [half the price of 1 headshot]
When there are more than 2, you keep doing half of the latest. So the third would be [half of the half of the original price of headshot]

No idea if i explained it correctly, I hope so. This goes for bust and fullbody too. You can always also raise the price of its too many characters or if the character(s) is/are complicated.
