Mod edit: Inappropiate to talk about (I ask that you either use a free-to-use base, one of my OCs (under characters tab in my den with the link name "examples"), one of your OCs, or your own lineart. The prizes:

1st: Your art will be my avatar and I'll promote you in my pack about me section, and we'll do a YCH together as a colab.

2nd: Your art will go in my bio, and I'll credit you and promote you

3rd: I will draw your OC

All art will be held by me afterward if you use my OCs/characters, however, you may use all art you draw as examples.

Wouldn't that be less of a raise awareness thing, and more of a free art of your oc's thing?

Only if people choose to use my OCs. That's why there are options. People can choose to do free-to-use base art or their own lines. It doesn't have to be my OCs. All it has to do is raise awareness.
