Oh, man. It's like those people just wanted to irritate you. >_< lunarsbane said: I hate when people start whining about you not wanting to roleplay anymore. Not only that but I have had people purposefully not read my rules about literacy or ignore my literacy rules.

Boundless said: When I first came on to this site, I had no idea what RPing was. As in, at all, never heard of it type thing. Someone asked me to RP on one of my first days, and I decided I had nothing to lose. The person I was rping with failed to explain anything in a comprehensible to me, (and it's also on me for not understanding), and I ended up writing the other person's character for them. It wasn't even godmodding, it was full on writing a response with the other person's OC. She said nothing to me aha but I figured it out pretty soon.
I'm not even sure how I got started with roleplaying. Lol

I also realized (recently) that on most sites literate is totally talking about quality grammar and has nothing to do with post length >.< It seems to mean something different on WP or at least that's how I understood it.

Literacy, in my eyes, is way more about correct sentence structure, grammar, description, etc. over length. I just find that, more often than not, the more literate tend to write more, so it's a quick way to judge general literacy. Although length certainly is not always an indication of literacy, I reckon there would be more disputes and tantrums thrown over a gage such as personal standards in grammar.

Oh no. I had someone show up with some edgy 'my parents killed each other or something' kid who wore black ripped jeans, had guns and knives in their shoes and coat who tried going to an equestrian school. The backstory was long and upset another player enough to pm me. I notified the creator of this chaarcter and they got all angry saying that it was a big part of the character. I'm sorry, but I can see it going really bad if some kid with anger issues whips out a gun at a horse school. They left. Edited at June 19, 2020 08:27 PM by ~Shadow Hunters~

When I was younger, I got into RP'ing wanting to make characters that wen't on adventure's, kind of like my favorite cartoon's at the time. A moving story that require's no animation skill?! Sign me up! However, I didn't start RP'ing on WolfPlay, and didn't find this for a while. But I certainly am glad that I found this game, nonetheless. Edited at June 19, 2020 08:30 PM by Pudding Cup
