Ah, I have a kangaroo shifter! I love kangaroos.

Due to lack of interest, I stopped doing shifter RPs with him though and only use his regular human form nowadays. Last shifter RP he was in, he was the only herbivore among a dozen or so shifters :p

Yeah, it seems as if herbivores aren't all that popular. :/

I'm not the biggest fan of shifter RPs cause one, the plots can be a bit repeated and such, and two, they always seem OP in their animal form. Like only weaknesses apply when they're in their normal form

Herbivores can be pretty powerful, in my experience. Hippos, rhinos, elephants are all massive and far more powerful than, say, a wolf. Equines have been known to have violent streaks, and there's no way I'm getting behind that kick (already been bitten - not fun). So, generally speaking, I prefer herbivore shifters over predators :')

I've only done two shifter rps ever. Both weren't too succesful though. One was a very basic rp when I first started. And we were all totally being the annoying pretty girl who turns into either a) anything or b) a wolf/dragon/other overpowered carnivore. Oof. It was awful. The other was that really well thought out tribal one (of Non Sequiters) that was amazing and we all had unique characters. Like my giraffe. Sadly it died far too soon :(

I only remember one shifter roleplay I joined... and it was back on the old forums. Holy Hannah berries that one was amazing. We had so many unique characters and everything was well thought out... sadly, it died when the old forums were taken down but... yeah. I never joined one after that. At least, not one I can really remember.

My issue with shifter RPs is the plot is often pretty repetative.

Same with dystopian RPs and school RPs, for that matter.
