And the affinity is different from wolf to wolf. Your Alpha Male has bad affinity for example

Deathscript runs every Monday so wolves over the age of 15 have a chance of dying. Pregnant wolves aren't excluded from this so the short answer is yes, they can die and the litter will disappear with them.
