How long is a female Wolf in Labor and can only one be in Labor at a time?

Female wolves go into labor after 80-96 hours of pregnancy. Labor will last 2-5 hours until the pups arrive. If you want to skip labor, then you can use a toucan feather. There is not a limit to the amount of wolves that can go into labor. ^^

So... in labor you don't have to do anything? Just wait until the pups arrive?

Pretty much
Make sure you have enough den space for the pups though

Yes, you just wait. However, if you wish you can give the female in labour a Toucan Feather (obtained by chasing off the birdwatcher in the Jungle or from other players' Market Dens) to make her have her pups immediately. :)

Yes, if you give your beta female more dominance CP she will become the new alpha female and you can breed them as usual.

No, wolves that are in labor cannot explore.
