hi i was just wondering why apples cost so much like 900 mushrooms when you can only exchange them for 300 mushrooms unless you sell them

My best guess is inflation lol. Way back in the early days, 300 mushrooms probably = 900 mushrooms today. Back then, 300 mushrooms is what an apple costed. But inflation even reaches a wolf roleplay game lol. Over the years, prices for apples (at which players sell them) has increased and changed, but the exchange has not.

This game allows players to choose how they want to price their items and currency. But of course players also have to figure out how to deal with cost/demand and inflation, which is probably what's going on. Players are trying to get the most from their sales, but also trying not to be too expensive they can't sell, but also trying not to undersell themselves. And sometimes, it's still out of budget for some players. Even if the default mechanic is 1apple/300 mush- it certainly feels like apples might be pricier than that to players now, huh. Economics and inflation and prices is weird and it is pain and it exists in virtually everything 💀 Also: There is no pop up with a suggestion/max price (HEE), only a pop up with the minimum price that players are pricing them currently (WP).
