1 - If you buy multiple warrior's stones for a wolf, can you decrease its age by more than one years? So is it possible to turn a 10 year old wolf into a 5 year old with five stones? Or is it an item you can only use once on a wolf?
2 - If you use the warrior's stone on an alpha male, he won't be able to breed, ever, that's clear. But what happens to the alpha female? Will she be unable to breed at all (unless replaced with another female), or can she be bred outside the pack like beta/omega females?

To answer the second one, the alpha female will be fine because you can replace the alpha with a new one. Or you can press the breed button on her page and she will automatically breed to the next highest dominance male!

1 - Yeah, I believe you can use multiple ones~
2 - I'd assume she wouldn't be able to breed to the alpha male, but if she is demoted to Beta or Omega I would guess that she would be able to breed outside the pack normally. And, similarly, she would probably be able to breed if the Warrior Stone male was replaced with a different alpha male.
However, @Dark Paw Pack, I don't think she would be able to breed to the next highest dominance male as an alpha.
