I've added a bit to the strengths/weaknesses part. You'll also see that a lot of the strengths-weaknesses bleed into the personality part - there are a lot of things in the personality sector that could easily be classified as a strength or a weakness (empathy, caring about minute details, dedication and passion) - I simply couldn't make the line flow well if I roughly cut it out and pasted it into the strength/weakness part, so it simply bled into the personality part.
