Name: Layla Age: 3.5 Years Gender: Female Pack: The Omega Mountain Pack Rank: Alpha Female Appearance: Layla is a rather small wolf, although she’s just below average size for a female of her species. She’s lithe and agile, and a great runner which makes her think that she might be better off being a hunter. However, she’s scared of larger hoofed-animals such as elk and moose, as she was attacked by one when she was just under a year old. She carries a nice toned look under her fur, nothing too muscular, but as she does a lot of running and leading, it’s only natural that she’s in shape. Her fur is a very light gray color, with her undercoat being whiter than snow. She has a small splash of white between her eyes and about an inch north, right on her forehead. Her parents had always called it a heart, although it had faded just some, since the female was a small pup. Her tail is fluffy and long, and she carries her form with elegance and poise, especially when it is raised and fluttering like a flag in the wind. Her right forepaw and her left lower hock are bright white, spreading down to her paw. The very tip of her tail is also white, with a skinny thin line leading back up and trickling pure snow throughout her fluffy pelt. However, her banner also has bits of darker gray and brown scattered throughout it, with it being the most noticeable by the base, and right on top, like a scattered line. She has a small scar on her left ear, trailing behind her ear and to the front, which isn’t really noticeable unless she’s up close. It has a very subtle notch at the very top of it, caused by another Alpha wolf's canines, as a months-old pup. She also has a scar on her right foreleg, a clean vertical cut down the front of it with a sort of zig-zag pattern , down towards her little paw. It curls into a spot between her toes. She got the scar (and the slight limp) from the previous bull-elk in question. She has striking hererochronatic eyes, with one of them colored like the brightest sapphires, and the other being a smooth, auburn glaze. They both have gold specs throughout them, and if you squint, you can just hardly see the emerald rims. The ear with the small scar slightly tips forwards, just a tad. Personality: Layla is a rather calm canine. She is very logical, never using her emotions to solve problems unless it involves her family. If somebody harms the ones that she loves, though, they can expect claws and teeth and fury. She’s a tad bit smaller than she acts, however, being a rather slender female. Her bark can sometimes be worse than her bite, since she is a naturally kind-hearted canid, having many motherly instincts and usually hating to see others in pain, or upset. She’s a realist at heart, always using logical and realistic solutions to solve problems that may arise in the pack. She’s generally level-headed, and carries herself in a very collected sort of way. However, inside of her head, she’s always worrying about doing the right thing. It relates somewhat to her anxiety, and her natural caution, and occasional shyness. Being the Alpha Female , she has a lot of weight on her delicate shoulders. Making sure that everyone stays in line can sometimes be hard, and usually frustrating. Luckily though, she has a partner in crime to help her see everything through. Personality Points: She has a slight fear of water, but she ironically is a good swimmer, when she has to be. She does not like conflict and arguments, but will sometimes jump between a fight, be that physical or verbal, if it involves her loved ones. She adores all pups and baby animals, practically refusing to kill anything small and helpless. She’s quite the maternal wolf, and will more than often be caught mothering an elk calf, than actually killing it. She’s often seen smiling, and with a witty sense of humor and naturally playful tendencies, she’s frequently trying to make fellow pack-members smile, or laugh. Especially if somebody is feeling down. Flaw(s): She frequently has severe anxiety, which varies as to how exactly it surfaces. Sometimes it’s just a low build-up of anxious feelings that the female can deal with for the time being, but occasionally she will be rendered practically helpless , and terrified. It’s particularly strong if a loved one is at any sort of risk, or if something severely emotional has happened, often bringing her back to her traumatic past. It mostly stems from the lass having had both human hunters, as well as another wolf pack kill family members right in front of her as a pup, on two different occasions. She also walks with a very slight limp on her right foreleg, something that’s so subtle that you could almost miss it, but it’s still there. Reserved in case I make another character. Also, I asked a question about flaws in my previous description ^^

I would highly recommend reading the post that has all the guidelines and rules for them. They are required for the Omega Mountain Pack.

Oh no, I definitely did. I just am seeing "can" instead of "must" and "up to / maximum". I was just wondering if there was perhaps a minimum, or if one or two minor ones would suffice. Edited at December 12, 2021 08:24 PM by Howling Dawn

They must have them. The "can" is that they have the option of either or. They can have 1 Major flaw or up to three minor ones. The addition of Maximum is redundant, but I've had people try to add like 7 flaws to one character so I felt it was necessary to make it clear.
