| Buggy, I used to work in a place like that - real shady, no paperwork, poorly managed. a few of us left after an incident in the workplace and the place got shut down soon after because no one actually cleaned besides us LOL |

| Apoth I worked as a busser, and that kitchen was nasty, but there was also stuff going on behind the scenes. My boyfriend worked in a couple different kitchens, and they were only clean because he would spend all his free time scrubbing. I'm not saying all are that dirty, because what you're describing is horrendous, and I also used to live in a pretty rural area. I feel like clean resturants are only like that because one or two people care to keep it clean (again, not saying all. Some have great staff that actually try their best and care about food safety) |
