Overall Appearance
Standing at five feet, seven inches, and weighing in at around one-hundred and forty pounds, Soleil looks remarkably athletic for not being much of an athlete. Her upper body is well-equipped with narrow shoulders that lead into slender arms and delicately shaped hands. Lean muscle tones her stomach, hinting at the fact that she does indeed get some type of exercise regularly. Her hips are slightly wider and give way to slender legs that are well-toned with muscle that she's acquired on her countless runs and hikes. Along her right leg, starting at her ankle, she has a pale and narrow birthmark that travels up the inside of her leg to her inner thigh before it seemingly explodes along her thigh and hip.
Her hair is ash brown in color and falls just past the tops of her shoulders in messy layers. Her hair is naturally stick-straight and silky, making it appear fairly healthy despite the number of times she's dyed it. Highlights and lowlights are apparent within the light brown locks giving them depth and making them contrast nicely with her sunkissed skin. The front pieces, only a bit shorter than the rest of her hair, are oftentimes framing her rounded face in a flattering manner. Her go-to style is, in fact, no style at all. Her hair is normally left down unless she's running or hiking, in which case it's pulled back into a stubby, high ponytail.
Everything about her facial features screams delicate. The skin on her face is smooth and clear and radiates with a healthy glow, a positive side-effect of all the time that Soleil puts into taking care of her appearance and hygiene routine. Her eyebrows are just slightly arched and are oftentimes styled with brow gel. The eyebrows lead way to the straight and narrow bridge of her small upturned nose. Her lips are slightly downturned, with a heavy lower lip that gives her a natural pout almost. However, the most captivating feature on her face is her almond-shaped, honey brown eyes that lie just above her high-set cheekbones. In the right lighting, the tiny golden flecks throughout her iris' can be seen.
Throughout her adolescent years, Soleil has gotten a number of piercings and tattoos. As a personal preference, all of the jewelry that she wears is silver. On both ears, you can find two small diamond studs in each of her lobes from when she got her singles and doubles pierced. On her right ear, you can find two small silver hoops threaded through her cartilage. Down on her stomach, she has a diamond-studded piercing that lays neatly where her belly button is. On her back, along her spine, she has a detailed tattoo of the phases of the moon in delicate black, white and grey ink. Her other tattoo can be found along the outside of her left hip, and the upper outside part of her thigh. This tattoo resembles that of a solar system with different planets, stars, and moons scattered about the area in dark black ink. This tattoo is not as detailed as the one on her back.

Overall Personality
When first observing Soleil, without having ever spoken to her, it's easy to see that she's withdrawn and prefers to be by herself. A large reason for that is her cynical beliefs. She's a firm believer that people are motivated by their own self-interests. Due to this, she doesn't handle strangers well and she struggles to make any form of intimate connection with others including both relationships and friendships. Oftentimes she even goes out of her way to avoid talking to strangers. However, if you do find yourself breaking through her thick shell of armor, you should not expect kindness from her right away. Instead, you should expect a series of blunt and unintentionally hurtful comments as she tries to decipher your true intentions with her.
She finds that relationships are oftentimes fragile and don't work out for long. After all, in order to have a healthy relationship with anyone, whether it be a partner or friend, trust has to run both ways. Soleil has found that her trust runs thin. Trust is something she's begun to work on, but it's still a work in progress for her. However, teaching herself how to trust others in a more effective manner has also opened a door of patience for Soleil. It's become increasingly more apparent that she must be patient with herself because good things take time and effort. This example of self-growth is something that Soleil is proud of on a personal level, and she always continues to work on it.
It becomes apparent, the longer one may know her, that there is, seemingly, a whole other side to Soleil. Once you've made a friend out of her, there's a shift. Your problems become hers to find solutions for and your happiness becomes hers to keep. Her emotions are genuine and true for the most part and she's honest and shows integrity. You'll find that she thoroughly enjoys talking about her passion for astronomy and her love for nature, reading, and medicine. It also becomes more apparent that Soleil carries a sense of self-loathing and, in fact, dislikes the way she thinks about other human beings.
