Amara nodded to Orion's mention of the order they would teach her in. She took a deep breath as she slowly followed Enivera, curious as to what she would be learning. She saw the targets and assumed it would be something to do with fighting, even if Orion said that Isekara would teach her the following day. *Oh boy. This wont be easy* she thought as she felt her hands shaking a bit. She shook her head as she tried to calm herself, looking back to Enivera. "I think I am ready" she said, her breathing just slightly shaking.

Enivara simply nodded at Amara, and after getting the nod from Orion, she began her training, however before she could properly begin she had to know what she was working with. "Amara, you see those targets?" She pointed a scaly finger to the dummies set up not too far away from Amara. "I want you to attack them with your ice and water powers. Just show me what you can do and we'll go from there." She crossed her arms and waited patiently, not expecting much out of the human because of her looks and lack of confidence. The master has truly lost his mind sitting on that throne of his. He's letting a human live down here... what is this world coming to?! Orion eyed her, arms crossed and patiently waiting to see how well she could fare.

Amara looked at the targets, giving a small nod when Enivara asked if she could see them. She took a deep breath before she crouched to the ground. She knew she would look odd, but she couldnt just pull water out of thin air. Slowly Amara started to have water form around her hands as she pulled it from the ground below her. As she stood up, a wave of nervousness washed over her, causing her to close her eyes. She hadnt used her powers for much other than helping her mother get water from a nearby river, and helping unfreeze a bit of it in the colder winters. *Come on, you got this, at least a little* she thought as she opened up her eyes again. There was a slight light blue glow, only for a moment, as she formed small shards of ice. Taking a deep breath she did her best to aim at the targets, but as the shards flew from her hands, she missed the main areas and barely scrapped the targets. Most of the shards landed behind or in front of the targets.

Enivera looked at Amara for a brief second before walking over to the target to inspect the shards. She crouched down to pick a few up and looked at them, noticing how big each of the shards were, before quickly crushing them in her hand. Not only are they weak in terms of strength, but they are also very small and highly inaccurate. It appears that I have a lot of work ahead of me to make this skill culpable for battle. Enivera looked at the targets and noted that there was only minimal damage from the shards, before turning back to her. "Well Amara, these shards..." She picked up another one to show to her, before crushing it in her hands. "...Aren't even chose to useable in battle. With how weak they are, I doubt that they would be able to pierce even the weakest armor. You might be lucky with unarmored targets, but even then it might not be worth it with how much you have to concentrate to make the spell happen. We have a lot of work to do." She looked over at Orion, who hadn't moved an inch since the session began, and Enivera couldn't help but wonder what was going through that head of his.

Amara gave a small nod, feeling disappointed, but she knew in the current moment, she hadn't been ready. "I won't lie, I never even thought of fighting with my powers before now" she said. "And I know I have a lot I need to learn." She still had some water in her hands as she waited to hear what Enivera was going to sat next. Her eyes had some fire of determination, but also had a mix of nervousness within them.

Orion silently appreciated Amara's honesty, while Enivera merely nodded her head at what she said. "Okay... now I want you to focus and make the biggest ice shard you can make. Take your time... there's no need to rush." She stepped away from the target and patiently waited for Amara to show her skills once again, meanwhile Orion had sent Sokoya to take care of the goblins and to help them take care of things after they were attacked by Zane's group, all the while she was mulling it over in her mind about the possibility of Amara becoming Orion's second, and even though it was incredibly slim, Orion had done crazier things in the past, so nothing was impossible when it came to him.

Amara nodded to Enivera before she took a deep breath. She started off making a small shard with what she had left and built up to a larger one that fit into the palm of her hand. She was breathing a little heavily, as she showed Enivera. "Is this the size you are looking for, or larger" she asked as she watched, listening for any cues that would tell her she screwed up in any way.

Enivera walked over and looked at the ice shard in her hand before picking it up to look just a bit closer, but in doing so a few cracks appeared on the surface and she shook her head. "You might have made the shard bigger, but in doing so it's now even more fragile than the other ones. It appears I have my work cut out for me." She walked over to Orion and told him that it was going to take a while and he could go, but Orion was going to stay for a little while longer to watch. Meanwhile Sokoya had arrived to where the goblins were and began cleaning things up, but she was slowly getting more annoyed with the lack of intelligence that they had, and the goblins knew it. She had devoured more than a few goblins for idiotic behavior, so they needed to be careful around her.

Amara looked down, feeling a bit disappointed. After a moment she looked up at Enivera. "Can you show me how to make shards that arent fragile" she asked, as she looked at the one she had. She couldnt see how frail it was, but then again, she hadnt needed to make shards like this before, so how could she really tell?

Enivera nodded to Amara's question and stood beside her to opposite the target. She closed her eyes and focused before feeling the water from the air pool around her hands, before they began to freeze and harden, collecting into shards on her fingertips. After reaching a certain point, she swung her hand towards the target, with four shards imapling the target with ease. "Being able to make proper ice shards is determined by two major things: how much water, or ice, you put into the shard and how cold the ice is to begin with. You might be able to make a big shard, but if it is hollow on the inside, then it will shatter when it hits its target, rendering it useless. You need to make sure that the ice is dense enough to be able to pierce armor. But in saying all of that, it won't matter if the ice is too soft from not being chilled enough. It has to freeze quickly and be cold enough to leave your hands and not lose its strength." She took off the shard and showed the hole where her finger was before trying to crush it in her hand, only to fail at the venture. "See? Even though there is a hole in the center where my finger is, the ice still doesn't break. Now... I want to see how you make ice up close. You don't have to shoot it at a target; all you need to do is make another shard." She waved a hand and a jug of water was placed beside Amara. "Use the water from the jug if you must, but I want to see how you are able to make the shards."
