Liri agreed with what Sombra said, but really hoped that their training for that specifically would have to be put to use ever. Not to that extent atleast. "Yeah, I think that would be good for all of us" she said in response to Emerald, liking her idea. Without the scientists, it would certainly give them more freedom aswell as lessen the pressure. Evasion wasn't her favorite thing, but she'd still put the effort into it. Knowing it could cost her life, if not somebody else's, if she didn't.

Emery nodded in agreemant to everyone. "So we need to try keep things as stress free as possible and also try to keep headaches and such treated if we know we're headed into a stressful situation" she stated, pointing out the main issues of what had lead to today's events. Kind of glad that this had taken place now instead of out on the battle field, now they could work on preventing something like this from happening during potential life threatening situations in the future. It was nice knowing there was one less unknown to what they had to deal with.

While it wasn't said directly, Wyatt knew he was probably the worst of the bunch when it came to anything to do with speed and agility. So he didn't take offense to the fact that he was probably the reason they needed to work a little harder on it. Sure, he felt a little bad about it, but he understood. He'd have to work on a way to keep out of the way that didn't risk him knocking anyone near him over or simply tripping himself over. He much prefered other training where he didn't have to be as quick and alert as in evasion training.

"Yes. And if you can't go back to sleep, go do something relaxing you room" Emery said after Emerald with a light playfulness. Knowing that some, specifically Liri, sometimes had trouble going to sleep if they had just slept. She was rather eager to get to sleep herself, so she was already up on her feet and ready to move towards her room.

Liri hesitated slightly, but what Emery said cut off any thought of not going to bed. She had to admit, she did feel a little tired and ahe could atleast try to go to sleep. If not, then she could just relax, it counted towards rest.

Wyatt got up and stretched. "I'll be nice and let everyone sleep in tomorrow" he stated humorously before going off to his room again, avoiding anything else that could be said.

Wyatt made sure to lock his door behind him, never leaving himself open to retaliation. He took the time to throw off his shirt, then flopped onto his bed once more. Deciding he might aswell try to go back to sleep. Luckily for him, that wasn't too hard.

Emery laughed softly at Delta and got to her feet to stretch sleepily. "G'night, everyone" she called out happily, trailing off to her room and locking the door behind her. She changed into sleep wear and curled up in bed, soon sound asleep.

"Night" Liri responsed softly to everyone, soon finding herself to be the last in the livinf room. She sighed and leaned her head back for a moment before getting up. She quietly tidied up some of the mess, straightening pillows and such, before eventually going to her room. Locking her door just like everyone else. Then dressed in short, keeping the sleevless shirt.

Not yet feeling ready to sleep, she sat in the middle of her bed and crossed her legs in. Letting her eyes close and breathing slow. Relaxing and letting her mind process through everything that had happened. Not just from today. From the past days and even further back. She sat that way until she felt ready to settle.

She rested back with yawn, pulling the blankets over her and putting her arm down carefully. It hurt, but not quite as bad as earlier. It was strange to think that it would only take a couple of days to be fully healed. Evetnually she drifted off to her version of peaceful sleep.

Liri woke up woth a deep breath. Glaring at the window that allowed the sunlight to sprawl across her room. She had mixed feelings about the light that currently hurt her eyes, but also helped her get out of a rather nasty dream.

After a moment, she rolled out of bed and carefully stretched. Her arm feeling stiff and sore this morning, she'd have to clean it and make sure it was healing okay. Should probably take a shower while she was at it. She hung around in her room for a while more before gathering a change of clothes and other stuff and heading towards the showers. It felt strange to have the day start of peacefully.

Emery was still deeply asleep. Having gotten into the habit early on of making sure the curtains were drawn firmly across the window. Keeping out any light that may try to draw her out of her slumber earlier than needed.

Wyatt was awake. Or partially so anyways. He had said he would give them peace, so he had no reason to get up yet. A kind of miserable way to start off the day, but he'd survive.

Liri gave a slight smile in response when Delta waved at her as they passed eachother. It wasn't strange to see him up this early and it was a kind of comforting sign this early in the morning that she wasn't alone here.

She was a little startled when he suddenly tapped her shoulder, not having expected it, but quickly relaxed as she turned to face him. "Oh..that's alright" she assured, "it's not too bad. Plus I bit back, so we can call it even." Being apologized to always made her feel a bit awkward.

"It's happened to all of us atleast once by now, no one can control any of what happens" she offered. The first time she had lost control had been a mess to say the least.
