Hail got ready for the race she and the other dogs got on the starter line once they herd the gun shot they raced off Hail in the lead and the first one to make it to the forest. |

The gun shot went off and Shadow set a pace next to Hail as she got to the forest first. Weaving through the trees, he saw only a couple dogs had followed while the others stayed to the trail. Leaping over a fallen log, he turned a sharp corner as his territory started coming to an end. "We are about to enter the mountain forests." He warned Hail before plunging into the thickening forest. |

Shadow made it into the mountain by Hail's side before saying, "This next part is wolf territory. We are going to sprint through here to avoid any wolves." He slowly came to the border before going into a full sprint, going straight across the path. Sticking to the small trail there, he could see the tree marker that marked the end of their small portion of the east side of the moutain. |

Hail nodded then went into a full sprint weaving through the woods dodging branches and logs. |

Shadow reached the tree with Hail by his side. Slowing to a fast lope, he started for the other side of the mountain, the sun burning above him. "Almost there Hail." He said, weaving through the trees. |

Hail stayed quiet and continued to run as fast as she could through the wolves territory weaving through the trees trying to stay far away from the other dogs so they don't see shadow net to her and try to hurt him |

The other dogs were getting closer but he knew a short cut. "This way Hail." Making sure he stayed in the shadows, he passed the dogs and started across a rickety bridge at full speed. The other dogs were going around as it was unsteady but at full speed, Shadow was across it within a couple of seconds. |

Hail stopped at the bridge she didn't want to tripp and fall so she backed up and quickly ran acros and stopped at shadows side panting tiredly |
