Magdalene asked for another glass as well when the two ordered, and soon the three mugs were on the table, with Haywood still keeping his one - still almost full - mug. "So," Magdalene drawled, "Ready to find some treasure?"

A cocky grin appeared on Carwen's face, even the ever stoic Northcliff perked up at the mention of treasure. Pirates would be pirates. "Hell yea I am, you've the maps and everything I assume?" Carwen looked almost... excited. A stupid pixie thing of course, she could never look too mean because that was the exact opposite way pixies lured in their victims.

i had a rREALLY good reply last night and then my page reloaded on my phone :') sorry this one won't be as good )))))) - Haywood took a sip from his mug as Magdalene answered, "Yup. Everything is set. You have the ship ready? My crew brought some supplies and rations, but not enough to last very long for a large crew." Her second placed down his glass with a slight glare, "And speaking of your ship: will our two separate crews be in different rooms, or share? And if there aren't separate rooms for the crew, will Captain Magdalane stay in the same room as the crew? If so, how can we trust your group won't attack us her. It would be quite convenient for our Captain to be killed on your ship, since you wouldn't have to share the treasure, then." Magdalene halted Haywood's spew a questions by placing a hand on his arm, although she stared at Carwen, expecting an answer.

Felt that)) ~~~ ~~~ Carwen looked to Northcliff, knowing he was itching for an opportunity to speak. She had been the one to pay for everything (using her stunning appearance to get discounts obviously) but Northcliff had been the one to plan it all out, and he was pretty proud of the way he'd set it all up. It had even surprised Carwen when he'd volunteered to make the plan. Everyone had a voice on her ship, and everyone had pitched in wherever they could. Even the people who'd be left behind had volunteered to do so due to the gold they had earned over the years of working with Carwen and the rest of the crew. "Aye, the ship has been prepared in every way possible. We are always stocked up on food an' supplies so it ain't much different than normal. We have plenty o' extra food for this trip. Unfortunately, the crews are havin' to sleep together, our ship is big but it ain't that big. No offense Carwen." The pixie shrugged, she hadn't wanted a huge ship in the first place. More spots for thieves and rats to hide. "Past few days we been... remodeling. She-Devil here realized that bein' on an unfamiliar ship an' all don't make you feel very safe. So we've taken a few measures to ensure both the captains will be kept safe. I ain't sayin' that a single one of the crew would harm a hair on Captain Magdalane's head but I don't know 'bout yours. We have seperated Carwen's room into two equal halves. It ain't the most spaciest place, but it'll do. You can post guards or whatever you want but I doubt your captain needs protection regardless. From what I've heard, she can take care of herself plenty well." Carwen glanced back and forth between Northcliff and the others, before slowly putting in her own piece, a very important piece really. "Not a single drop of blood will fall inside my ship. She ain't garbage, The Poisoned Rose isn't delicate, but I like keeping her clean." More like Carwen liked to keep filth away but sometimes other pirates got in and tried to steal and she'd have to kill them on board and it was the worst experience. For both the ship and Carwen.

Haywood seemed satisfied by the answers Northcliff gave, and even went as far at to give him a nod of approval. A silent gesture, but still one that carried weight. It wasn't often at Haywood met someone who would keep up with his questions while also going beyond when answering them. Haywood wasn't a violent man by any means, and spoke with an accent that could be traced from lands far away. He and Maggie, as he called Magdalane when no one was around, went far back. She was their Captain, and Haywood was the one who sometimes kept her from getting rid of the wrong people, and planned things out in depth. Haywood tuned back into the conversation, taking another sip of his ale. Magdalane didn't look shocked, but she would admit that she hadn't thought Carwen's Second had been as intelligent as he was showing to be. He'd be someone to keep an eye on. "I can insure that my crew will not start any fights, and that there will not be any problem's with us in regards to sharing a room," The 'us' was on purpose. If any of Carwen's crew started something Magdalane would give them permission to defend themselves. If she heard that one of her own was starting fights, they'd soon find themselves without a ship - even if they were in the middle of the ocean. Magdalane narrowed her eyes in Carwen's direction, but it wasn't in a malicious way. She was simply... thinking, "As well, I will also promise that my crew will not cause any malicious harm to Captain Carwen as well." Magdalane was not one to say thank you, and honestly didn't see a reason to give thanks when this was happening because Carwen was being a pain in the ass and just had to have some piece of the treasure, "I agree to your request, Carwen," Magdalane said coldly, "As long as you agree to mine: our crews share the work. Mine will not be treated poorly and always given the worst tasks - although they can handle them - simply because it was not their home ship. If we can cooperate well enough, then I see no further issues."

Northcliff didn't really have an accent, though his words were a catastrophe due to his childhood education. Thankfully, he had turned out to be insanely smart, which had made him perfect for his old job. Thankfully, Captain Carwen has saved him from thag life, and he worked closely with her to ensure that no one else had to suffer like he had, had to. Carwen automatically nodded at Magdalene's words, not even a slight hint of hesitation. "Everyone is treated fairly on my ship, no matter who it is. Plus, my crew isn't afraid of hard work, they're used to it. I can assure you that no one is to be treated poorly on my ship." Carwen had found many other pirates treating their crews unfairly. Meanwhile, she kept the loyalty of her crew by treating everyone fairly, and pitching in as much as she possibly could on top of steering the ship and conducting trade.

Magdalene had a small crew for a pirate of her rank. Yes, her ship was on the smaller side, but she could buy or steal a larger one should she wish. Magdalene chose to keep her smaller ship so that she wouldn't be understaffed with her small crew. To her, those people were like family, and she trusted them with her life (somewhat. Magdalene also has trust issues, but she trusts her crew about as much as possible for her. she'd fight for them, and they'd fight for her, but that did NOT mean they'd be emotional and deep with one another). Magdalene didn't want to let other people in, so she created a situation where she didn't have to, "Well... Then I suppose we can set sail in the morning. If you'd show us where your ship is, my crew can load up our stuff."

Carwen nodded, her pink eyes reaching Northcliff's gaze, where they seemed to talk with each other just with their eyes. Finally, Carwen cleared her throat before standing up. "Yup, pretty sure everything is prepared so we can get going now." Northcliff had merely been confirming the fact that the crew was a bit nervous as they did not want to be attacked or something. Carwen was hardly nervous, as nobody would ever live through an attack on her ship.
