Killian nodded, understanding how Flower Boy was probably already tired of the whole gang thing. "Fine by me, I don't like the idiot that's lending the car anyways." He shrugged, he could only say those things due to the fact that he was the leader and nobody dared to question what he said. "He should be meeting us here," Killian suddenly stopped, pulling out his phone and looking at the clock, impatiently waiting for the car to arrive.

Rhys stood a few feet away from Ian, awkwardly looking at his feet. After a minute with no conversation, he pulled out his phone and started scrolling through stuff. None of it interested him, but it was better than just standing there.

After around seven minutes of waiting, the car pulled up, a simple black vehicle that looked completely normal, the man that came out however, was anything but that. He was only an inch or two shorter than Killian, his eyes seemed to be bulging out of his head, giving him a very rat-like appearance. His eyes themselves were dark blue and beady. His hair a muddy brown and his physical shape practically skin and bones. Not very attractive to Ian's eyes, and he certainly did not enjoy having the little rat around. "Ian! It is great to see you alive and breathin, got us all a little scared-y when we saw how you left that grocery store, blew that guy up you did. Brit said you probably were a little tossed 'round but I told her that you were much tougher than she give you credit for. You the leader after all." Ian rolled his eyes as he listened to Brent, annoyance covering his face as the other man continued with his country accent that annoyed Killian to absolutely no end. "I was happy when you called me 'stead of Laury for a car, she's been cocky as all hell lately and it has been pissin me off. She's a real catch but to annoyin for anyone to tolerate. Speakin' of catches, who's this little flower?" Brent's beady eyes settled on Flower Boy, giving him a wink. Ian took a step closer to the other man, sure he could (probably) defend himself from Brent but if Flower Boy happened to hurt Brent, the gang would be pissed and go after him. So Killian intervened quickly, before anything could happen. "Nobody you should be looking at, he's not one of us." Killian gave Brent a hard glare, his eyes saying it all. Brent nodded with a gulp, then tried his best to recover as Killian continued. "We need your car, you on the other hand are optional, and you happen to be really, really fucking annoying. So if you could just, scurry out of here like the rat you are, I'd appreciate it. Please." Killian's words were harsh and the please mocking, but Brent listened all the same, Ian's eyes told that he was already having a rough day, Brent quickly realized that he should shut up and just leave. So he scurried out of there like a rat. "Well here's the car."Killian grinned as he gestured to the vehicle.

Rhys shifted awkwardly under the other man's gaze. He felt a silent relief when Ian got him to leave, but couldn't help but feel guilty for making him do so. He also wasn't sure how he felt about Ian's harsh tone and words, but then again, figured this was a completely different world from what he was used to. "Ah... um.. Thank you.. then.." Rhys cleared his throat and climbed into the car, his mind screaming at him with how his mother would always tell him "Stranger danger!" "Don't get into anyone's car that you don't know!" "People can seem nice and be the opposite [Rhys]! Be careful, honey..." Rhys shivered. He was an idiot for trusting a stranger, and at this point, could only hope for the best.

Killian had to supress a laugh at Rhy's face. The poor guy was obviously not used to the amount of violence that came with being in a gang, and rightfully so. If you could remain a normy, then Killian highly recommended it. Not many were suited to the life of crime that Ian held. He quickly climbed into the driver's side of the car, which was surprisingly very clean, then again, Brent had always loved his cars like they were his children. Ian quickly took off before finally speaking. "Brent's a big flirt, he tries to get anyone he can really. He doesn't quite understand the term commitment though, so his longest relationship was about a week. He's really just there to drink, have a one night stand, and leave. A real pain in the ass for me to deal with." Killian kept his eyes on the road while he spoke, though his stance was finally relaxed as he sat behind the wheel happily. He enjoyed driving.

Rhys kept his eyes glued on the window, "Uh... I'm pretty new to all of this... but I don't think you normally tell a complete stranger about the... uh.. gang members???... you run..." He felt like a baboon compared to Ian, who was so cool and composed, and who could snap most people like a twig. It was quite concerning to someone who had a powerful main magic and literally thought it was too violent and decided plants were cool.

Killian laughed, a full laugh that Flower Boy had not had the luxury to hear before. "It's not like I'm giving you his address or actual private information. It's well known that he's an asshole. I don't quite care about what happens to him as long as he doesn't cause real problems." Ian shrugged as he drove, one hand on the wheel and the other on the shift. He seemed very relaxed, quite unlike earlier.

Rhys watched as this influential and powerful gang leader seemed so at ease while driving. It was odd that he could have been about to die a few minutes ago, and now was just chilling with a stranger in a confined space, "I guess you are pretty confident in your powers, then. I mean, I know that I don't mean any harm, but then again....I could.. like... I dunno.... totally be lying and plotting to kill you." Rhys winced, and slid down in the seat. Now he sounded suspicious and put the idea in Ian's head that he was a lier, "And this is why I'm going to die young. I need to learn how to put my foot in my mouth."

Ian glanced over at Flower Boy, a grin on his face as the other man stuttered out his 'threatening' words. Killian had no doubt in his mind that he was more experienced in combat magic than the little runt next to him. Flower Boy was powerful, but inexperienced when using his power for darker things. Killian could tell that just by glancing at someone, a blood magic thing he had supposed. "I have faith in my powers, they are a part of me that I've fully embraced. I am confident but not overly so, I know my limits. As for you killing me," he chuckled softly, "that is impossible."

Rhys sat up, not sure if he should be offended or not. Ian was most definitely correct, but it was still slightly annoying for the possibly to be discredited with such finality. Rhys also wasn't sure if Ian was basing this off of his personality, or his power. Either way, Rhys wouldn't be able to kill another person. It was so utterly wrong, and he had even felt guilty about hurting the other gang members when they had been trying to kill both him and Ian. In the end, Rhys decided not to remark on any of it, and changed the conversation to something lighter, "So..." What did one talk about to a total stranger? "Uh..." Hobbies? Job? No... Rhys probably didn't want to know more about the grim things Ian did. School? Ian was around his age, so he would have already graduated, if he did indeed go to college. Relations were kind of personal... "What's your favorite animal? I like pigeons."
