Jason put a finger under Addis chin, and lifted her head to look at him. "You kept me going," He said simply, "when I wanted to die. I love you, Addi. So, so much." His voice grew husky, and he took a step closer, "Can I kiss you?"

Something danced in Addilyn's eyes, powerful emotion she hadn't felt in so long she had almost forgotten is existence. It was love. "I don't see why not." She closed that horrible gap between the two, then stood on her tip toes so she could reach his lips. Giving in to her desires, she kissed him. Edited at June 8, 2018 10:10 PM by Soaring Free

Jason put his arms around Addi and lifted her off the ground. It wasn't far, but that way she didn't have to go on her tiptoes. His eyes danced with a happy light beneath his eyelids. After a while though, he broke off the beautiful kiss, though he kept Addi in his arms.

For some odd reason, Addilyn began to giggle, a horrible noise that she had made so few times that she suddenly realized how it made her seem weak and also a bit adorable. "I missed you so much Jason." Her voice was strong as always yet also filled with joy.

His hand was in the curve of her back, "I missed you too. Always." Jason was quiet for a moment, "But I'm sorry. I... I-This is all my fault. I shouldn't have brought you into all of this crap. I'm... im sorry." His mouth, a few moment ago happy, was now downturned.

Slowly, Addilyn's smile faded, which also meant that she was slowly shutting herself out again. "No it would've been like this anyways. I mean, Charlotte.. She could be alive. I would've turned out like this anyways. My mother died awhile back, I would've left anyways. So in reality this would have happened. Plus, I chose to live this way too Jason. I could've easily turned around and given myself up to the authorities or never gotten involved with you. But I did." She stated this simply, as if there wasn't anything else that she would've thought to happen.

"Oh Addi... I didn't know about your mom." He put a comforting hand on her shoulder, "And although you say that it wouldn't be different... you don't know that for sure. I still hold myself responsible." Jason was quiet for a long pause, "Rainbow and Ribs will be taking up the whole mattress, so I will probably sleep in here or something."

"Jaasssoonn," Addilyn dragged out his name with slight annoyance. "First off, I said the couch in there was a pull out couch. Meaning it turns into a bed. Second, if you're sleeping anywhere that isn't in the rooms then I have to be there too. Mostly because I want to," she rushed the words of that sentence. "But also because Earl isn't happy with you being here and he won't mess with you if I'm there."

"Well then." Jason raised an eyebrow, "Rainbow and Ribs can have their bed, and we can have ours." He smiled at her like she wasn't annoyed at him, "Because I'm not letting you go again." Jason was silently relieved she hadn't gone off at him for pretending to be dead. That would be a big conversation, that probably would end in yelling.

With a small smile, Addilyn replied. "That sounds great," her eyes sparking a bright green. "Also, sooner or later I'll have to introduce all of you to my 'friends.' Though most of them were taken to jail yesterday or died so there's not many people to introduce you to." She shrugged, it wasn't that big of a deal. By now, she would be insane not to be used to it.
