Luna looked a bit confused. "Wow. In Storm Pack, its Alpha, Beta, healer, hunter, Fighter, Trainee, omega" she said. "Of course we have pups and mothers, but they dont really have a rank other than being able to push around omegas like me" she replied. *His pack is certainly different. Will I even be able to fit in? I dont know much about anything other than letting others use me as bait* she thought.

He looked back. "Yeah, it's a lot, but it is a system that works and let's everyone have a voice and an opinion, that's why we have been around so long I guess." He kept moving. What in the world is wrong with them on the other side of the river. I wonder if she has told her parents to call it off. What are mine going to say. He looked at the ground as an uncomfortable feeling filled his stomach and put it into a knot.

Luna watched him. "Are you sure they would be alright with me joining without really knowing how to do anything" she asked. When she smelled more wolves, she moved closer to Blue Jay, her head even with his shoulder, still keeping it a little lower than what she could. She gave a small inhale and exhale as she tried to calm herself, reminding herself she was invited, not trespassing.

He glanced at her slightly and kept moving. "Well, you will probably be given a week if you decide to stay to pick your profession, and then you rank in said profession will be dealt with the following week." As he smelled the others he gave a slight wag of his tail and inhaled sharply, seeing who's smell he could recognize. They must have done a scouting while I was out. I smell Cin. He picked up the pace slightly as he got excited to be close to camp.

Luna looked at Blue Jay, picking up her pace to match his. "Honestly, if the pack is as nice as you are, I wouldnt want to leave" she said while she glanced around. She was sure that by now the others would have smelled her. Her white pelt bounced slightly as she moved, her eyes looking around. *It would just be trying to find something I am good at to help* she thought.

He smiled to himself. "I'm sure you will be perfectly fine." He kept sniffing the air. He picked up the smell of others. Before long the trees started to think and you could see the current alphas. He ran up to them and nuzzled them. "Mom, Dad, this is Luna, I've invited her here. She has sanctuary." They nodded and he turned to her and nodded for her to come up.

Luna slowed down when they reached the other alphas, waiting for Blue Jay's nod before she slowly walked up, lowering her head once more as she was often told. "Hello" she said as she waited for them to more than likely question why she was brought there. She knew they would be able to smell Storm Pack on her, and the knew they knew she wasnt the Alpha's daughter from there.

He could see the two looked at her and sniff. He knew they smelled mud, their him, and the pack they were to merge with. They turned to eachother and back to her. "Relax child, you are fine and welcome here if our son has invited you. But he does everything for a reason why?" His father tilted his head as his mate spoke. "Yes he doesn't do anything without no thought. Do tell us why he thought you would be better here?" Blue Jay turned to her after hearing what his parents asked and mouthed the words "Its okay, tell them the truth." And he sat between his parents.

Luna looked between the alphas and Blue Jay before she spoke. "I am nothing but an Omega in that pack. Blue Jay saw the way Nyra alone treated me, and well, it's not exactly the best. To them, omega's cant do anything, no hunting, no fighting." She looked at her paws as she sat down. "Omegas are used as bait there to train the pups for hunting and fighting" she said, knowing that would be news to Blue Jay after the way Nyra told him they trained their hunters.

As she spoke he looked to his parents faces and could see just a hint of disappointment and he agreed. As his father spoke he could only agree. "Dear, you seem sweet and innocent, and your build certainly doesn't render you useless. It would be a pleasure if Blue Jay would show you around. I'm sure he has already explained how things worked?" Both of his parents looked at him as he nodded. "Yes father, I've told her how we do things, though of course it would be better if she stayed and saw the system at work, so yes, I'll gladly show her around camp." He looked at Luna and nodded. His mother added in her sweet gentle voice, "We will have a word with the other pack about where we stand with the merge. I assure you. Now please relaxe, go have some fun." Bluejays Jay took that as a que to leave, stood up and waited for her to join him. . (I'm dipping its 12:31 am where I am, night<3) Edited at March 20, 2021 11:31 PM by AppleBottomJeans
