Anya Anya harshly bit the inside of her lip as she walked, feeling herself become more and more tense as she took every step. What would happen if she did find him? What would she say or do then? She couldn't just apologise for shouting at him, not when he had essentially taken away her humility from her. She just needed to be calm and say what was going through her head, just without getting Frigus wound up- thats if she found him at least. Maybe she wouldn't, but she was going to try, for her own sake. The town was dark but there were a few lanterns around, lightening the darkest corners. She walked over and picked one up, holding it with two fingers in-front of her, brightening her way. "Frigus?" She called in a low tone so that she didn't wake the towns folk. She knew he could hear her, so she figured that it didn't really matter how loud she was, just as long as he could hear her. "You couldn't have gotten that far..." She whispered softly to herself as she glanced around the streets, and out into the woods. She had a feeling he would have flead to somewhere sheltered, and the woods were just that.
"Miss Anya?" She heard a voice behind her, one that sounded a little disappointed. She turned to see one of the off duty guards looking down at her, "Whatever are you doing out here? Are you not meant to be inside? Do you know how dangerous it is out here at night? There are thieves and crooks out at this ti-" He paused and looked around, "Where are your guards?" Anya looked nervous, like she had been doing something wrong. Well, she had. She was out, in the middle of the night, without her guards. "I-i... " She stammered as she put her hand on her arm to cover the wound. "I snuck out..." She babbled as she looked around before her gaze landed on the ground. "Anya, you're not a child anymore. You need to grow up and fast because soon enough you'll be seeing bachelors." He said firmly. Anya took a breath in and offered a sweet smile. "I know... I'm sorry. I'll go back now, just promise not to tell my father?" Anya pleaded with a pout. "Ugh, alright, fine, just don't wait around." The guard replied with a soft smile to show his truth before walking off. Alright. She thought, like she was summoning courage. Into the woods. Anya looked around the area to make sure the guard was gone before continuing through the town and onto a large dirt track that lead to the woods. "F... Frigus?" She said a little louder, not really wanting to go into the woods. "It's Anya!" She said a little louder before looking worried that she was talking into the abyss. "If you're in the area can you say something... Im feeling a little silly right now." She prompted with a quiet laugh. She looked to realise that she was clinging onto her injured arm with her other hand, so swiftly let go. She could see the very tip of the bright yellow sun peering over the horizon, and started to feel a little more worried. Edited at April 16, 2022 10:21 AM by Hell Bound

Frigus his ears perked as he could now hear her getting closer, "Frigus?" he listened to her frightened voice and his ears flattened against his scull. as the sun just barely began peeping over the horizon, the full moon's effects on him began to dull. He was thinking a bit more clearly now, but something stopped his thoughts, the scent of something familiar, something bad, something metallic and manly, a guard was near. he tensed as his fur rose along his spine and his eyes narrowed, he could see anya now, coming closer, hearing her footsteps, but his gaze flickered to a guard behind her that had caught her outside of the palace. he was watching the whole thing now and his ears flickered back in a bit of hate towards the guard, the mans voice ringing in his ears "Anya, you're not a child anymore. You need to grow up and fast because soon enough you'll be seeing bachelors." he hated that, how is anyone supposed to stay where they're supposed to if there constantly caged? his mentality was child like, not Anyas actions. . as The guard vanished he narrowed his gaze and soon he saw her step into the woods, seeming a bit hesitant. he noticed how she was grabbing her arm as she spoke, his ears flicking as he listened with a light hint of pain in his gaze. "F... Frigus?" "It's Anya!" he took a gentle deep breath as his fur slowly flattened along his spine, "If you're in the area can you say something... Im feeling a little silly right now." what would he say? how could he approach? well. he couldn't leave her hanging. it was his fault she was here in the first place. Slowly he stepped out from behind the bush, the massive beast on all fours, but still in the shadows of the forest, only his blazing icy eyes were visible, but pain and guilt held in them, "Anya..." he huffed as he took a step forwards, his fur glistening like fresh snow in the early morning light as he stepped out of the shadows, his gaze at her eye level in this form, "im sorry... i didn't mean for any of this to happen, and i wanted to tell you but i did'nt know how to even begin to explain." he frowned as his icy gaze searched her, his massive claws glistening in the light as his eyes glowed brightly and his muscular build showed benieth his long snowy pelt, "ive wronged you terribly. ive ruined your life and i ran away in my own self pity. the least i could do it help you through this.... if you don't mount my head on a wall that is." he gulped and shuffled his front paws, heat radiating from his fur, not knowing what he could say as his ears flattened against his head in shame and sorrow.

Anya Anya stood for a few moments before deciding to leave. If he didn't want to help her, then why should she bother. Well thats what her thoughts were until she heared her name being spoken hesitantly. She paused and looked behind her, to see a giant wolf standing in the trees. She looked more nervous than frightened for a moment then managed noricd its eyes- the very same ones as Frigus, thats when she started to be a little calmer. She furrowed her brows slightly as be blurted out his apology before trying- and failing -to give her signature 'It's fine' smile. "I shouldn't hand jumped to such a conclusion so quickly... you don't seem like the kind of person who would purposely do this sort of thing to someone. I'm sorry, I just had so much going in in my head in the moment and then you- uh... I just worried for my future. I've come to the conclusion that it's happened to other people in the past so if they could deal with it, then surely I could as well. Right?" She asked, attempting to sound relatively upbeat, for the situation she was in. Anya had always been good at that, making a smile in the worst of times. "Frigus... I did come to ask for your presence. Or in other words, help. The truth is, I'm a little... Uhm... scared. I'm scared and I don't know what to do, so if you have it in you to help me out for a few days, while I understand what is going to happen to me, I would consider letting you continue live your life as it is." Anya murmured. Even if she wanted to get some sort of revenge on him, how? If she went back and explained, she simply knew she'd be be headed. She didn't want him to be uncomfortable or scared around her, but she equally needed to feel that way around him. She didn't think that she could ever be scared of him, not after how sweet he had been to her before. This was a set back, but if she needed himnti be around, they both needed to be happy. She didn't blame him for running off, she understood why. It was a full moon in the night and from what she had gathered, it made him a lot more emotional. If he had told her what would happen right away, one they met, she knew she would have ran to tell someone, ans essentially expose him. "Uh... Your fur is pretty." She pulled out of the blue, "it matches your eyes." Anya noted before giving a wonky smile. Edited at June 26, 2021 03:11 PM by Hell Bound

Frigus as she began turning back around to face him, he watched her expressions, holding his breath a bit as he waited for her reaction and response, "I shouldn't hand jumped to such a conclusion so quickly... you don't seem like the kind of person who would purposely do this sort of thing to someone. I'm sorry, I just had so much going in in my head in the moment and then you- uh... I just worried for my future. I've come to the conclusion that it's happened to other people in the past so if they could deal with it, then surely I could as well. Right?" he took in every word. she seemed to be trying to stay positive, and in a situation like this? he was impressed, it would serve her well when shed have to face the full moon black out stages, "well... yes... but to vey few... a-and well... it can be very dangerous for everyone around you since your... well, full grown and will be going through full moon black outs." he frowned a bit, regretting the infor he gave, "w-well.... at least you've got a bit before you do that." he tilted his head at her words, "Frigus... I did come to ask for your presence. Or in other words, help. The truth is, I'm a little... Uhm... scared. I'm scared and I don't know what to do, so if you have it in you to help me out for a few days, while I understand what is going to happen to me, I would consider letting you continue live your life as it is." but the last bit got to him, flicking an ear back in slight irritation, "consider letting me continue to live my life as it is?" he huffed and his gaze narrowed a bit as he glanced at her arm, but said nothing, shaking the words off, it was his fault anyways. but then her next words caught his attention, "Uh... Your fur is pretty." his gaze examined her wonky looking smile and his gaze softened, giving a slight huff with a barely noticeable smile, "it matches your eyes." He gave a slight chuckle, "planning to make it your new rug aren't you?" he shook his head a bit with a playful smile, "well, where will you go? you cant stay at the palace, they'll notice your symptoms. we have to get out of the kingdom, the guards will be searching for you by morning based on how locked up they seem to keep you." he narrowed his gaze and glanced towards the sky then back to her, "i have a spot i found not too long ago, not far from here, its not much but it should do... if you'd want to come with me of course. its an abandoned cabin... well, part of one."

Anya The young woman looked a little worried at Frigus's s response to her first statement."How could this be amplified as an adult? Would it just be easier the younger you were the first time?" She questioned in a curious manner. "Frigus, is there a way that we can stop all of this from happening? The whole werewolf thing? Is there a way for me to just... Stay as I am?" She asked hesitantly. "I know its not the best life in thee world, but if I leave, that messes things up for my whole kingdom. And other kingdoms for that matter." She voiced with a rather regal look on ger face. While she didn't like it very much, this was her duty and there wasn't an awful lot she could do about it. She could tell that her next words got a little bit under his skin, nit that she had meant it to though. "Frigus, even if it was a mistake, it still happened. You still managed to take my humanity without even trying, and you think you could get away with it without a harsh telling off? That's where you're wrong. I may not look it, but I can be really quite scaringly scary." Anya warned him, but her voice had become a little more jokey. Jokes. They were always a way -not a good one though- to fix what you said. She looked down at the ground as she pondered on what to say ir do next. When he mentioned that she was thinking to make him a rug, Anya really looked quite flustered before realising he was joking and she shook her head with a thin smile before resting a hand on her chin, "You know... I wasn't thinking about that, but now that you mentioned it... It's still a no from me." She finished with a gentle laugh, "you look really quiet majestic... Or is powerful the word? With you coat. It would have no place on a wall." She decided with a firm smile. When Frigus mentioned a cabin, she looked around as though she were expecting an abundance of guards marching towards them. "Anywhere but here is great." She noted, "I'll come if you let me, but you'll have to go slowly for me... I'm not too much of a walker believe it or not." Anya shrugged before giving a quiet smile. (sorry, this one is short!)

(oh no your fine! lol pffft thats not short at all) Frigus her voice called to his attention once more as she asked a question, "How could this be amplified as an adult? Would it just be easier the younger you were the first time?" He huffed and shook his head, "no, you don't understand, since your older, you have more power, and because of that, there's a higher risk of you hurting someone and it'll take a lot more energy for me to restrain you in your black outs, it wont be as risky for you, safer for you because you'll be able to protect yourself better, but for me, that means i could very easily get very hurt trying to keep you from harming others." he shook his head, "i could lose my life trying to care for you, but i guess that's what i signed up for huh? with my accidental bite." . his ears flicked back as she spoke again, "Frigus, is there a way that we can stop all of this from happening? The whole werewolf thing? Is there a way for me to just... Stay as I am?" this only made him feel worse, "i-i... im sorry Anya, whats done is done, the process has already started..." he was just beginning to ease himself into a friendly manor until her next words were spoken, her joke like tone not helping, "Frigus, even if it was a mistake, it still happened. You still managed to take my humanity without even trying, and you think you could get away with it without a harsh telling off? That's where you're wrong. I may not look it, but I can be really quite scaringly scary." his ears flicked back and his muzzle wrinkled slightly for a split second as he glanced away . "you do understand this isn't something i can control right? a few minuets ago you acted like you could have been my only chance to have a friend again, or just a companion at any level... but because of one little mistake, this has all been thrown away-" his gaze seemed to glow with frustration and hurt, "just because your royalty doesn't mean your any better and me. you don't have to punish me like a child Anya... this is a serious matter and we've both lost things due to this. this isn't a joke." . he pressed his ears against his head as he clenched his jaws tight in frustration, his fur bristling along his back as his claws worked the soil, but behind the frustration, there was a whirling sense of hurt behind his hard expression, "this is neither of our faults. if you were to 'punish' me some how, it'd be on you. you didn't know id bite, you didn't know i was werewolf. i was startled and the effects of the moon take away my control. so i bit you. and ive never had to deal with something like this before. i didn't know how to even bring it up, what was i supposed to say? 'oh your a werewolf now, so you can call your guards and slaughter me'?" . he shook his head with a look of hurt, "but why do i care, heck you could have been pretending to care to absorb any information just to bring my kingdom to ruins. why'd i trust you? here you are now threatening me with possibilities." his fur was standing on end and he let a soft rumble of a deep growl echo from his chest, "i don't even know why im expressing anything to you." . he was quiet for a while, the rest of her words just flying past him, too stuck in his whirl of emotions until he heard a few words, "I'll come if you let me, but you'll have to go slowly for me... I'm not too much of a walker believe it or not." he flicked an ear and slightly softened his gaze at her small smile and glanced away a moment before stepping closer to where his back was near her side, "you don't have to walk. get on." he said as he motioned to his back, his gaze on the forest floor as he waited for her to get on, "a-and careful... you'll want to hang on." Anya Anya seemed s little relieved that he seemed to be becoming his normal, friendly self, but she knew her next words wouldn't have helped. She still managed to find a way to be irritated by him though, feeling lectured. "No Frigus don't do that." She folded her arms and her previously light expression became really quite scolding, "Don't give me the whole royalty thing, I don't care about that. My issue is that if I were to see my family again, it'd most likely be with a noose around my neck. I know this isn't completely your fault but it wasn't a little mistake, was it?" She spat sharply. She started biting down on the inside of her lip. At some point this had been a coping mechanism, but not a good one because she felt her eyes glaze over before using the back of her cuff to stop any tears falling. "Don't tell me that you've lost your whole life because of this? All I need was a little of your time and I'll be out of your hair. Hell, I don't even think I need your time. I can figure it out from here." Anya said firmly, holding her own hands to keep as still as possible. Anya looked him up and down for a moment. She looked a little disgusted and enraged at the same time. "I'm sorry I was checking on you. That was such a mistake." She said sarcastically before pointing to the still setting moon, "And I'm sorry that was out because I can control that." Anya stated blankly at him for a moment, knowing her poor choice of wording. She knew for a fact she wouldn't have been able to physically punish him if she wanted to, but she surposed that would be the same as any living being. She simply didn't have it in her. She was messing around at first but it seemed to really get to Frigus. She looked down for a moment, realising her choice of wording was rather poor so she just let him speak. "No Frigus, you're right. I would have probably freaked out anyway so you dis the right thing." She noted at his next statement, feeling herself become more and more tense. She wasn't going to argue him any more. His points were as good if not better than any of hers so there ess no point in arguing.
She felt herself becoming nervous as he started growing st her, feeling her breath become shallow. "You shouldn't, you hsve no reason to trust me." Anya paused, looking down, "but I promise I wasn't pretending. If I was I would have stopped very quickly because there's not many people willing to satisfy my curiosity. Once Frigus got to her side, she looked a little awkward at first but nodded and clambered swiftly onto his back. She was a little worried that she'd be too heavy, but decided he would tell her if she was. She smiled quietly once she was on, letting her hands entwine in his fur gently. "Uhm.... Thank you?" She said thoughtfully.

Frigus his ears flicked back as she spoke, "No Frigus don't do that." his gaze narrowed, "Don't give me the whole royalty thing, I don't care about that. My issue is that if I were to see my family again, it'd most likely be with a noose around my neck. I know this isn't completely your fault but it wasn't a little mistake, was it?" his ears began to flatten against his head as his muzzle wrinkled, his fangs barely peeping through his lips as his fur bristled, but he said nothing, afraid he'd say something he didn't want to, "Don't tell me that you've lost your whole life because of this? All I need was a little of your time and I'll be out of your hair. Hell, I don't even think I need your time. I can figure it out from here." but as he saw her eyes glaze over and her wipe her sleeve over her eyes his gaze softened a bit, his expression fading as more hurt seemed to show through than anger, "I'm sorry I was checking on you. That was such a mistake." his gaze though hardened a bit more as she pointed to the moon, "And I'm sorry that was out because I can control that." his gaze hardened and he shook his head, muzzle wrinkled as his fangs glistened in the morning light, "i wasn't blaming you Anya. i was misunderstanding how this was my fault." . he huffed but as she spoke again his ears flicked in a bit of disbelief, "No Frigus, you're right. I would have probably freaked out anyway so you dis the right thing." she was agreeing now? "You shouldn't, you have no reason to trust me." the way her voice seemed to soften and the way she looked down after speaking made him settle a bit in a little of regret as he huffed, looking towards his paws. "but I promise I wasn't pretending. If I was I would have stopped very quickly because there's not many people willing to satisfy my curiosity." he gave a nod and said nothing more, too many thoughts, too many emotional extremes changing from one thing to the next. As she climbed onto his back he looked ahead before glancing back at her, his soft fur flattening as she spoke, "Uhm.... Thank you?" . he just gave a nod and started on his way, letting his speed increase as he went through the forest, starting at a walk, then a trot, before getting into a sprint, she wasn't that heavy, after all he was a tall, muscular wolf. his white paws thundered against the ground as the breeze flowed through his fur, claws flinging up dirt as the sunrise's beautiful shades of color splashing against the trees and his body, illuminating his fur with glorious yellows and oranges from the suns rays, blue gaze glowing in the sunlight, his furs scent fresh and pure, a magnificent beast he was. soon the cabin came into sight, it was more like half of a structure that was built like a cabin, there was one complete wall, then two coming out from that but stone chipped and crumbled, the closing wall missing, but there was still half of a roof enough for a shelter. as he picked his way across the rubble and into the broken building there could be several cleaned deer hides inside in a neat pile, soft and collected. there could be the sound of a stream near by as well and a blossoming apple tree right above the cabin structure. He crouched to make it easier for her to get off, "here we are... its not much but... its something."

Anya She knew she wasn't making things easy for themselves. There was so much going through her head that she couldn't decide if she should be angry, sarcastic, rude, worried or sad. Neither of them would do but unfortunately, she had basically expressed all of then in one go. She wanted to take back some of the things she spat at him, but they were already said and done. She furrowed her brows slightly before taking a small step back the way. "I.... That came out before I could think." She murmured as she looked to the side. "That was rude of me. I know its not your fault." She stated quietly. She could see his fangs glistening in the ever growing lightly, of which probably made her s little bit more nervous than she should be. She didn't expect him to hurt her, not purposefully, but she supposed if she pushed him to it, he wouldn't hold back all that well. "I- uh-um...Sorry..." She blabbered as she chewed on the inside of her lip nervous of his silence. Anya soon decided that if she wasn't being shouted at, then it couldn't be all that bad. Assuming he wasn't raging inside.
Anya held on tightly to Frigus's soft fur, flopping around for a little bit before finding her balance and sitting stable on his back. She found the concept of riding a wolf odd. She had been so used to horses all her life, that this wouldn't have been possible. For Anya, this was like a fairytale. She took a glance behind her as she looked at the entrance of the woodland, getting further and further away. Frigus seemed to be going faster than any horse she had ridden, and he probably was. A normal wolf is stunningly fast, so a human sized one must be even faster. It took her by surprise that she even managed to stay on. As Frigus slowly started slowing down, she let her core relax a little, glancing around to see this said cabin. Soon enough, they arrived at an abundance of rubble. "Here we are... it's not much but... its something." Frigus informed her. She looked around until she spotted the few walls and a roof, figuring out that's where they'd be staying.
Anya slowly slid off his back and patted down her dress, giving an inward smile. "Its no palace." She noted as she looked around the small clearing under the roof, "but like you said, it's something." She noted with a gentle nod in thanks for bringing her. She spotted the hides neatly in the corner before looking at Frigus with a tilted head. "Are these yours?" She asked quietly.

Frigus (sorry its pretty short ) the large wolfs eyes flickered towards her as his ears perked to her words, "I.... That came out before I could think." he took a moment to think as she spoke some more, his ears rotating back but his expression softening, "That was rude of me. I know its not your fault." He glanced towards the ground as she spoke, "I- uh-um...Sorry..." he thought a moment and flicked his ear, not knowing really what to say, but he accepted it, she was losing her whole family, everything she knows. he lost everything too but, not all in one day at least. "i-i know its hard... leaving everything you know... i know how it feels and... i cant blame you for your response to it." he simply said without a further word. . As they made it to the camp he flicked his ears around after she had gotten off, he was rather groggy, tired, the full moons effects and the occurrences during it had effected him greatly. His nose twitched as he checked for scents, not anything that could be threatening so far. but then Anya's voice called to his attention once more as his icy gaze flickered towards her, "Are these yours?" he listened as his gaze followed hers to the deer hides and he nodded, "yes... i like to use every bit of an animal if i can... no wasting." he glanced through the trees to a stream that could be seen not too far away, just past a few trees, "you can use them if you'd like..." he turned towards her with a light smile of a slight friendliness but it seemed rather awkward, he still felt grudgy but he did want to make it up to her, "y-you hungry? i can catch something real quick..." he said as he glanced to a pile of sharpened deer antlers tied to sticks, "if you want, i can go get something and you could stay here... you'll be safe but in case of anything, just grab one of those and call me if somethings going wrong.."
