OoO oh no Rowan was awake when the commotion in the village began. Not knowing what exactly was going on, Rowan woke up Hyll and had the nymph come inside. She told the children to stay inside for now, and to be patient. Although even Rowan did not understand what had happened, she could tell it was bad.

Alvaro entered Kori's home with rising anxiousness. He pushed through the 8 healers who had surrounded their leader. All of their remedies had failed and the last hope was Alvaro. "Move, all of you, give her space damn!" The healers moved out of the way as soon as they heard Alvaro's words, they had never seen Alvaro so angry or so panicked. He dashed for Kori and almost cried once he finally took in her appearance. "Oh my sky." Was all Alvaro said as the tears began to run down his face. Kori was pale, her pretty dark skin turned into the color ash, purple lines enveloped her left arm like creeping veins. Her beautiful eyes were fogged over and she was burning with fever. It was a practically hopeless endeavor. Alvaro grabbed Kori's left hand, where it seemed like the posion had been injected. "I am going to help you Kori, stay strong for the people, please, please don't die." Alvaro clutched Kori's hand as he closed his eyes and his mark glowed a brilliant green as he tried his hardest to heal his dying leader. Nakia woke Neo with shaking hands. "What's wrong?" Were the first words that came out of Neo's mouth as he took in his little sister, she was crying? "Something is happening, the forest is crying. Something is happening Neo. Neo I don't know what it is." Neo gently picked his little sister up leaving their room and as he yelled "mama!" Trying to figure out where Rowan was, he didn't know what to do with his sister.

When Rowan heard Neo's cry, she bolted to it, "Neo?!" She cried out, calming slightly when she saw that he was standing, "Oh... Nakia, baby...." Rowan gently took Nakia from Neo, rubbing her back and swaying, "What's wrong, honey?" Rowan's voice was soothing and soft, "Whatever it is, I got you, okay? You are safe... I promise. I'll protect you." She looked at Neo, and Hyll, who had followed Rowan, "All of you. No matter what." - - - question - is kori going to live? cuz mb rowan could heal her? idk

No. -- Alvaro knew it wasn't working, no matter how strong his people thought he was, his nature magic was no match for pixie posion. He made little headway, Kori's left arm was enveloped in the green of faerie magic but it was doing nothing. Alvaro's eyes were closed as he healed, so he was unaware of Kori reaching up with her right hand, and her eyes steady but almost white in color. Alvaro only opened his eyes when Kori's hand touched his cheek, gently cupping his face in her hand as a tear slipped down his cheek. "Alvaro, I am leaving to be with the Earth, you are the eldest of all the faeries now. Their fate is in your hands. Don't let me down." Kori's voice was raspy and terrifyingly quiet, it made Alvaro cry harder. "No, no you can't die. NO!" Alvarao screamed the last word as his powers tried in vain to heal Kori. The treehouse illuminated a bright green light as Alvaro's powers came out in a single powerful blast that sent him tumbling backwards and knocked a few people out of the house. The green flash of light alerting all the people of the town that their leader, their great leader, was dead. And the people began to cry in earnest. Nakia began to cry harder in time with the green flash of light that illuminated the windows and shook the house. "No no no no, it's all unbalanced now mama. Can't you feel it Hyll? Nature is crying." And then Nakia disolved into a fit of sobs as great the time her own mother had died. The girl shifting into her kitten form to connect with the earth more, to share in its mourning of a woman who was greatly connected with to all of nature.

Nakia hadn't felt it as strongly as Nakia did until the blast occurred. Then, her whole body shook, and she fell against Rowan. The woman gently sat down on the floor, Nakia in her arms in her kitten form, and Hyll curled up against her side, face buried in her chest. Rowan waved over Neo, a pained expression on her face. She hadn't felt anything at all, but her children crying hurt her, "Oh Honey... Nakia... I'll take care of you, okay? And you too, Hyll, and Neo. We all have each other... we are strong, and will overcome this difficulty... for now, though... cry it out, honeys... I got you..."

Did you mean Hyll?))
Alvaro's ragged scream pierced the air as his leader disappeared, as all faeries dissolved into golden dust that flew through the wind and would become one with the Earth. His cries caused the people down to below to cry as well, because Alvaro's pain was flooding their hearts, combining with their own. The faeries were mourning with their leader, because that's what Alvaro was now, their leader. Alvaro couldn't stand it, couldn't stand the thought of being the only one left. The only one left who remembered the last war. He couldn't be the only one. He couldn't. Nakia cried in her mother's arms, Neo just as unsure as Rowan was. Neo did not feel it as his siblings did, he felt the world tilt, but nothing else, not the overcoming sadness his sisters did. A ragged scream pierced the air, filled with despair and an almost wild nature to it. The cry made Neo spin around and step back. Nakia bolted upright still crying as she took a step forwards. The kitten turned to her mother, her intelligent gaze stuck on Rowan's. Trying to convey that she knew it was Alvaro crying, and he too had no one. No one.

Rowan watched as Nakia moved, carefully observing the girl. She was smart, no doubt, and felt things Rowan couldn't, "Alvaro... Something happened, didn't it? He's... hurting." She had to go to him, right? The children were strong, and they could last for a little while... right? "Nakia... Neo... Hyll... wait... wait inside, okay? I am going to find Alvaro - he probably needs help right now..."

Nakia nodded at her mother, sadness still making her little body shake with sobs. Neo was there quickly though, gently scooping up his little sister and holding her close. "I got them mom, go do what you have to do." Neo grimly smiled before returning fully to Hyll, hugging his siblings close. Alvaro cried brokenly on the floor of Kori's house, the other faeries having retreated below the house, even the medics. No one wanted to possibly get hit by Alvaro's powerful magic.

Rowan exited the little house, looking around for any sign of a familiar face. At last, she saw the faerie that had led her into town to begin with. Everyone seemed so torn apart, but she seemed to be the one affected least, "Hello..." Rowan introduced, trying to gently draw the woman's attention, "I'm Rowan... Alvaro's friend... Any chance you could help me get to him?"

Laura was also mourning, though unlike her fellow faeries she was not affected by Alvaro's crazed sadness. This made Laura much more clear minded than the other faeries. Like most, she had a tiny, tiny power, which was not being affected by other magic things, including the emotional aura that surrounded all faerie leaders. So when Rowan approached, the faerie looked up from her quiet sobs of grief, though she seemed completely coherent and not lost in the hysterical sadness the other faeries were. "I remember you, and I can help you, but Alvaro is pretty messed up from what I understand. His powers are getting away from him." Laura's voice was unsteady but stable enough. She would not be affected by Alvaro's powers, but Rowan would. Which was something that Rowan may not want to deal with.
