You really think I have more ideas? Pft anyways. I don't but I have a little bit that we could do. Like they go on a picnic and it's really just a lovely day and Ekon brings his painting stuff and he does paint of course but they also talk and bond bro. They need to bond. She could also make a speech thing too, it's really up to you because my brain doesn't work this early without coffee.

Yup)) ~~ Ekon gathered up his things, the unnerving silence deafening to his ears. It was so very rare to have a moment alone ever since Dakota came into his life, and now it seemed that he was alone more and more. He had Princess Anasuri of course, and she often was able to pull him out of his loneliness, but being completely alone in his room was something else entirely. It was sad, and made his hope for a future where Dakota was his real friend again diminish. Ekon forced himself out of his dark thoughts, trying to focus on the positive. They were going on a picnic today. After a week of Princess Anasuri having to do all of her royal duties, this was a nice change of pace. A day to relax and unwind for both of them, each for their own reasons of course. Due to having such a packed schedule, Ekon hadn't had any time for painting, so the picnic was the perfect opportunity. Already he was rather excited to just be getting out of the stuffy, busy palace. Despite his excitement, he packed his supplies with careful precision, not wanting to ruin his expensive paints, paper, brushes, pencils or the tiny canvases he was bringing. Although he knew he could get more at any time, he still wanted to be careful with all of it. Today, he was dressed rather casually, with a loose, long sleeved white tunic, with leather vambraces around his forearns. The tunic was tucked into brown trousers, and his pale hair was tied up in a bun. As always, Ekon wore metal bracelets and his earrings. His white tunic shone faintly with multi-colored stains from previous times he'd worn it while painting. He didn't care too much about the tunic, so he wore it while painting.

In her own room, Princess Anasuri was packing a basket of her own. She had already gone down to the kitchen to get a basket of food from Madam Sheri** (and her favorite pasties had indeed been packed along), and was putting some of her own items inside of it. That included her journal - in case Anasuri saw anything that she wanted to document - and a book that she had been reading. As well, Anasuri knew of a freshwater lake nearby, which she wanted to go for a swim in. So, underneath the plain, pale blue dress she was wearing, Anasuri had on a swimming outfit - which was a one piece made of some slick fabric. **if you do not remember her, she is mentioned on Page 26

(Yuh I remember her, I reread the thread recently for fun since I couldn't reply to shit for so long lol) ~~ Once Ekon was finally done packing his bag, he secured it on his back and adjusted so it wasn't weighing him down too much. It was not easy, as the pack was not light and could probably be used as a flail in all honesty. After it was all done, he left his room and knocked on Princess Anasuri's door. "I'm ready to depart whenever you are m'lady."

Anasuri opened the door after a few moments, and smiled brightly up at Ekon, "Hello! I am ready as well!" She ducked behind the door and returned moments later with the picnic basket in hand, "I have everything I need.... and I assume you do to?" Once Anasuri got confirmation, she walked out into the halls, closing the door behind her, "Okay, so I know where we are going, which means it'll be easier to go out through one of the hidden exits, since it is in that direction."

Ekon merely nodded his head at Princess Anasuri's question, being a bit quieter than usual. Some days, the absence of his friend hurt more than usual, and today was one of those days. There was a reason for this though, as the night before, he'd finished taking a bath, and had taken one, absent-minded step into a moonlit tile, and his back had lit up with the markings as clear as day. It had taken him quite awhile to calm down, he didn't like being reminded of who he was, and Dakota was the only other person in the entire palace that knew. Ekon's mood lightened a bit in the princess's presence, and he looked forwards to painting today. "Then I shall follow you Princess, as I did not even realize there was more hidden exits in the castle."

Anasuri gave Ekon a cheeky smirk, "There is an entire system. You can get from the east wing to the west wing without ever having to step into the main halls." She led them down the hallway, which was beautifully decorated with statues of armor, art, tapestries, and wide windows. Pausing in front of one tapestry, Anasuri checked the hall to see if anyone else was there, and, finding no one, pushed aside the curtain, revealing a flat door. Anasuri unlocked the door with a key she placed in the picnic basket, and opened it up. Stepping inside, Anasuri murmured to herself, "There should be a... ah. Here we go." In a moment, a small oil lamp was lit, and Anasuri beckoned for Ekon to come in, "Come in and hold this lamp for me, please, while I lock the door back up."
