Emery jumped when Emerald suddenly yelped, her ears flattening for a moment. Then she spotted the rabbit she had stepped on. "Yeah..I think they've lost control..." she said, sniffing in the direction of the carcass cautiously. Not entirely surprised to find Delta's scent on it. "How far could they have gone from here? That still seems pretty fresh."

Liri flinched when there was a yelp, her hackles lifting ever so slightly, though quickly realizing there was no threat as she abandoned her search for a trail to look over. Just a dead rabbit.

Wyatt was sitting off to one side, keeping watch as the other three sniffed about. His ears twitched to the noises around him. He didn't know if there even was any danger around here, but he'd rather make sure.

Wyatt spun his head around at the cry, his ear pricked as he listened closely. The sound was one that stirred wolf in him, but he fought it off easily enough. "Yeah" he answered to Emerald, getting to his paws. Just incase the two turned on them, he didn't want any of the girls to get hurt, so he would rather put himself in the way. He started in the direction the sound came from, his steps becoming quiet as he went.

Liri gave a low growl at the sound that rang out through the air, her hackles raising again. She waited for Wyatt to start moving, then followed after him. Glancing to the side to see Emery already running alongside them.

Emerald quickly started to run beside Emery as Wyatt led them towards where they heard the call. She had asked Wyatt if he wanted to lead not just because the sound came from his direction, but because she knew that he would want to protect them if Sombra and Delta were hostile. Which they most likely were if that dead rabbit was an example of anything. "Probably should have asked this earlier but, what do we do to calm them down? We didn't bring any darts with us"

Emerald's question was late however, as they had arrived in a meadow with a pond. The small pack of wolves stopped before entering the meadow as they saw movement coming from the pond. It was still dark but their eye sight helped them see two dark wolves dragging a deer from out of the pond. The taller wolf obviously being Sombra and the other of course being Delta, the two snapped their jaws at other for a few moments before to tear into their catch.

Wyatt came to a halt as they came to the edge of a meadow, slowly sitting down as he studied the scene before them. "Yeah..we should probably have thought of that earlier" he said quietly, doubting. Feeling kind of uneasy with what he saw. Certainly didn't look safe to approach them. And they had food too, that would just make it even more risky. Atleast they weren't attacking each other.

"Maybe we could talk them out of it?" Emery suggested after a moment, glancing at the others. She knew they could get her back under control without being darted, and Sombra and Delta didn't seem like they were being overly aggresive like normally would be if they had lost control due to stress, so maybe it was possible.

"Sadly, I think that's our best and only option without involving the guards" Emerald said to the others quietly as she watched everything going on in front of them. "Delta's never been talked down before... He doesn't seem that aggressive this time so I belive its possible this time" She said as she looked Emery. They may not be very aggressive right now but it could get bad if they made the wrong moves.

"Liri, Emery, I think you two should approach them" Emerald said to the two of them. "Liri, you and Sombra are comfortable around each other and Emery, you've been making a lot of good progress with Delta so I think that makes the most sense. She looked back over at Sombra and Delta," Me and Wyatt can stay here and jump in if they start to get aggressive"

"Sounds like a plan" Wyatt agreed to Emerald. Quite alright with the position he was put in, seeing as he would likely the situation worse rather than calm the two down. So he'd simply stand by and be ready incase he had to block an attack.

Emery took a deep breath and nodded. "So we just..walk up to them?" She said, a little nervous, but willing to try and talk Delta down.

Liri think of another way. There wasn't enough time to see what would happen if they tried to wait it out, so talking was the best option. "Alright" she said with a soft sigh, glancing over at Emery with a slight smile. "Just be careful" she said gently, feeling a little bit nervous herself. Although she could defend herself, she was trusting quite a bit of her safety to Emerald and Wyatt.

Liri stepped forwards carefully, keeping her demeanor non threatening and moving quietly. She'd make a noise or something when she was closer to alert them that they were here. She glanced over to see Emery moving alongside her, following her lead.

Emerald sat down next to Wyatt when Liri and Emery made their way over to Sombra and Delta. Ready to jump and run over incase the plan went wrong.

Delta shot his head up from his meal when he heard something behind them. Growling and about to snarl until he received a headbutt and a growl from Sombra. Sniffing the air he picked up Liri's and Emery's scent, relaxing he turned back and continued his meal. Making room for both of them in case they wanted to eat as well.

Liri paused when Delta suddenly looked around at them, lowering her head slightly to try appear harmless. Though was surprised when Sombra growled at him, then seemed to relax. They recognized them? That was good. She cautiously started moving forwards again, moving closer towards Sombra and leaving Emery to go towards Delta. "Sombra?" She said gently, not entirely sure what she was supposed to say, so she'd try get his attention first and very cautiously tests the grounds.

Emery lowered herself down automatically when Delta turned, giving a much stronger reaction than Liri since she had less of a dominance. It was both a relief and a surprised when Sombra headbutted him and growled. She took a breath and carefully moved forwards again. "Hey" she said softly, "you have some explaining to do. Like how you came to be all the way out here" she continue, making sure to keep her voice soft as she started a random conversation. She just had to talk, right? She'd figure it out as she went.

Sombra flicked his ear when Liri called his name as she walked up to him. After a moment to swallow the piece if meat he had in his jaws he looked at her as he started to eat another piece. It was uncommon for them to speak when they lost control, so it was all up to body language to interpret what they were trying to say.

Delta ignored Emery for a few moments as he tore another piece to eat from the deer. He looked at her and gave a slightly confused look when she asked what him and Sombra were doing. Delta looked between the deer and her as if saying that they were hunting.
